Product Usage Instructions

Installing:
Install the handle (#10) on the frame seat (#15) and fix them using two M10 bolts.
Insert the foot pedal (#63) into the hole of the foot pedal holder (#59) and fix them using an M8 bolt.
Insert the brake thread (#14) into the press bolt (#45) and fix them using an M8 nut.
Using:
Test the cart before using it. Step on the foot pedal rod to lift the table to its maximum height, and then release the limit oil valve to check if the cart is functioning properly.
Before loading, fix the cart in place and engage the wheel brake.
To load or unload goods within the rated loading capacity, adjust the table’s height by stepping on the foot pedal to lift it up or down.
When lowering the table, pull up the handle.

Installing

Install the handle (#1 0 ) on the frame seat (#1 5 ), and fix them by two M10
Insert the foot pedal (#63) into the hole of the foot pedal holder (#59), and fix them by M8 bolt.
Insert the brake thread (#1 4 ) into the press bolt (#4 5 ), and fix them by M8

Using

Test the cart before using it. Firstly step the foot pedal rod to lift the table to the max height, and then release the limit oil valve to check whether the cart is ok.
Please fix the cart and to brake the wheel before loading.
Adjust the table’s hei ght by step the foot pedal lift up and down to load or unloading in its rated loading.
When lower the table, draw up the handle.

Warning

Operate strictly according to the instruction manual.
Do not use the cart on slop.
Do not allow people to sit or ride on the cart.
Keep feet and hand away from under the lowering table. Suggest to wear safety shoes during operation.
Do not transport the loads during the raising process.
Do not random regulate the safety valve.

Failure to operate the cart will cause the damage to the person health or property loss.
The cart must used in the rated capacity, it is not permit to load the heavy goods that the rated capacity of the cart.
