Product Usage Instructions
To use the PosiTector product, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure that the PosiTector gage body is fully charged or connected to a power source using the USB cable.
- Power on the PosiTector gage body by pressing the power button.
- Use the touchscreen to navigate through the menu options and select the desired measurement mode (e.g., Fast Mode, Statistics Mode).
- If necessary, connect the N45S probe to the PosiTector gage body.
- Place the probe on the surface to be measured and ensure proper contact.
- Read the measurement value displayed on the screen.
- To store the reading, press the corresponding button on the keypad or follow the on-screen prompts for batch creation.
- Repeat steps 5-7 for additional measurements.
- For data transfer, connect the PosiTector gage body to a PC using the USB port or use WiFi technology to synchronize with PosiSoft.net.
- For more advanced features and data transfer to a mobile device, install the PosiTector App or optional portable printer.
