JOYHEALTH GM-903BT Bluetooth Hearing Aids User Guide
Before wearing
Please use a cotton swab to clean the ear canal before wearing. If the cerumen is too much, it will block the sound outlet of the product and cause no sound.
How to wear
- Choose earplugs that fit your ear canal size.
- Install the selected earplugs to the machine.
- Wear it correctly as shown.
- Adjust the volume of hearing aid
Note: Be sure to choose earplugs that fit your ear canal and wear them correctly to fit your ears as much as possible. If you don’t wear it properly, there will be echoes (whistles/sounds).
Problems encountered in wearing

There is no sound when wearing?

Check whether the volume level is adjus- ted to suitable for your hearing

Check whether the hearing aid has power

Whether there is earwax in the ear canal, because the earwax is easy blocked the sound of the hearing aid
Note: If the hearing aid is silent or the sound becomes low due to the blockage of the sound outlet, please clean the sound outlet. -
Why is there a howling (sharp sound)? Howling (sharp sound) is a manifestation of the normal working of hearing aids. The hearing aid and the ear canal are not com- pletely matched, causing the sound from the receiver to be received by the microphone again, and the sound forms a loop, which will be continuously amplified and produce howling.
Solution: The product is equipped with earplugs of different sizes, please choose the earplugs that fit your ear canal 05
Turn ON
After the hearing aid leaves the charging case for 2 seconds, it will automatically turn on or long press the M button 2 seconds to turn it on, and you will hear a “Power on” sound.
Please avoid covering the hole when operating the device * The first charge of charging case should be guaranteed to reach 10-12 hours

After use, directly put the hearing aid back into the charging compartment, it will automatically turn off, or long press the M button for 6 seconds to turn off

Bluetooth mode
Bluetooth function: For the first use(never connected with Bluetooth before), pressing the M-key of one of the hearing aids three times in succession after powering on, the beep of “pairing” can be heard.
Then turning on the Bluetooth function on the mobile phone, searching for “GM- 903BT”, and clicking it to connect the Bluetooth g ti ”
Tips:
If connected with Bluetooth function on the mobile phone before, the hearing aids can be automatically connected with it after powering on.
Volume control
As shown in the picture: lightly press the M button to adjust the volume, there are 5 levels of volume, and the volume level is 1–5 cyclic adjustment; Touch once, increase the volume by one level, when you hear the “beep” it mean the valume has reached the maximum level. * When adjusting the volume, please do not cover the sound pickup hole above.

It can work 6 hours if connected with Bluetooth, and work 10 hours if not.

Charging the charging case: it can be charged through the power adapter or through the USB interface.

Hearing aid charging: Put the hearing aids back to the charging case, it will be automatic charged.

If the hearing aid and charging case are not used for a long time, the battery self-discharge will cause the battery to be seriously insufficient.
It should be charged, and the charging time should reach 12 hours. Even if the charging indicator shows that the charging is complete, the charging should not be stopped (guarantee to reach 12 hours) -
During use, the hearing aid volume becomes low or when the hearing aid is not in use, the power should be turned off and charged (this will better protect the hearing aid battery). This is very important! Otherwise it will cause excessive discharge.

The hazards of excessive battery discharge will reduce the battery capacity and affect the battery life to varying degrees.

When using AC power to charge, if the charging is over, unplug the power in time.
