Product Information

The product is a SMART LINE 1F luminaire manufactured by  MILOO-ELECTRONICS. It is an IP40-rated line luminaire with IP20-rated connection. The luminaire features pass-through wiring connectors with an implemented quick-connector for power supply connection to the light line. It comes in various models such as ZLM-SM_2xPG_DA, ZLZ-SM_2xPG_DA, ZL2-SM_2xPG_DA, ZL2-SM_3xPG_DA, ZLTM- SM_2xPG_DA, ZLKP-SM_2xPG_DA, ZLKL-SM_2xPG_DA, ZLTZ-SM_2xPG_DA, and SM-LINE-1F- CAP0. The maximum permissible connector load for the luminaire is 12 A, and the maximum permissible power per phase is 2.6 kW. The length of the SMART LINE 1F light line depends on the connector load. The luminaire requires routine maintenance of the protective lampshade to ensure optimum luminous flux. Cleaning agents can be used for this purpose, but pressurized water, caustic agents, and solvents should be avoided. A soft cloth should be used to wipe the luminaire dry. Product Usage Instructions

Installation Procedure for SMART LINE 1F Luminaire (lines):

1. Switch off the supply voltage.
2. Insert the provided wire slings together with the brackets into the luminaire rail holes (refer to fig. 1).
3. Hang the luminaire with the power supply connector.

Installation Procedure for SMART LINE 1F S Luminaire (solo):

1. Switch off the supply voltage.
2. Screw the prepared slings to the rail nuts in the luminaire profile (refer to fig. 1) and hang the luminaire.
3. Remove the end cap, connect the wires to the terminal block as per the diagram, put the power cord through the cable gland, and assemble the luminaire (refer to fig. 2).
4. Ensure that the mechanical assembly is correct.
5. Switch on the supply voltage.

Maintenance

To ensure optimum luminous flux, carry out routine maintenance of the protective lampshade using cleaning agents. Do not clean with pressurized water or use caustic agents or solvents. Use a soft cloth to wipe the luminaire dry.

IMPORTANT
Installation of the luminaire should be carried out by a duly authorised person.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before proceeding to any work on the luminaire, always switch off the supply voltage first!

SMART LINE 1F LUMINAIRE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE (lines)

1. Switch off the supply voltage.
2. Insert the provided wire slings together with the brackets into the luminaire rail holes (fig. 1).
3. Start the installation of luminaires by hanging the luminaire with power supply connector (standard ZLM-SM_2xPG_DA connector), various options of connectors with through wiring are available to build different light lines, depending on the requirements)
4. Connect power cords via cable glands to the power connector as per the connection diagram (DALI). (SMART LINE 1 F linear luminaire is single-phase powered. When building a light line, individual line sections can be supplied via a “phase selection connector”.
5. Install more SMART LINE 1F luminaires on the wire slings.
6. Select the power cord on the phase selection connector. Connect the luminaires by sliding the guides into the aluminium profile and connecting the central power connectors.
7. Make sure that the luminaires are mounted horizontally (if necessary adjust the length of the sling by screwing it in or out – ATTENTION! At least 7 mm of the adjusting screw must remain in the bracket).
8. Attach the next luminaires to the luminaires already installed following steps 5, 6 and 7.
9. Use end caps at the ends of the light lines.
10. Make sure that the mechanical assembly is correct.
11. Do not exceed the maximum number of luminaires in a single light line.
12. Make sure that the electrical installation is correct.
13. Switch on supply voltage.

All connectors for SMART LINE 1F luminaires feature pass-through wiring, with an implemented quick-connector for power supply connection to the light line.

1. Switch off the supply voltage.

3.  Remove the end cap, connect the wires to the terminal block as per the diagram, put the power cord through the cable gland and assemble the luminaire (Fig. 2).
4. Make sure that the mechanical assembly is correct.
5. Switch on the supply voltage.

MAINTENANCE

To ensure optimum luminous flux, carry out routine maintenance of the protective lampshade. Use cleaning agents for this purpose. Do not clean with pressurised water. Do not use caustic agents or solvents. Use a soft cloth to wipe the luminaire dry.

1. The following product of MILOO-ELECTRONICS Sp. z o. o. was designed and manufactured as per the applicable standards. To ensure proper functioning and user safety, the product is subject to quality control procedures during the production process. MILOO-ELECTRONICS Sp. z o. o. grants a guarantee of proper quality and functioning of the luminaire.
2. The guarantee does not include liability for consequential damage caused to third party property.
3. The guarantee service involves repair or replacement of defective parts at manufacturer’s discretion.
4. The guarantee will not cover damage to parts subject to wear and tear, damage and malfunctions caused by improper operation or maintenance.
5. During the guarantee period, the manufacturer will correct any deficiencies caused by defects in material or workmanship.
6. The guarantee is valid only if the luminaire (complete rather than disassembled into parts), a brief description of the defect, receipt, bill of sale (with the date of purchase and stamp of the store) or a copy of the purchase invoice is sent or delivered to MILOO-ELECTRONICS Sp. z o. o. location.

REPAIR SERVICE

• In case of defects subject to guarantee, please send or deliver the product to the address of our company.
• Any repairs of defects outside the scope of product guarantee as well as post-guarantee repairs are carried out by our in-house service team. Please send or deliver the luminaire to the manufacturer’s address for visual inspection and cost estimate.
• The light source used in this luminaire should only be replaced by the manufacturer or its service representative, or a similarly qualified person.
• Given the constant product development we reserve the right to introduce design changes in luminaires and update luminaire parameters.
