Quick Guide

Download the app via the following QR code!

Create your account in the app and validate your account via email

Go back to the app and choose “Get started”.

Accept the privacy statement and scan the QR code in the box.

Enter all your details.

Insert the battery into the socket and wait 90 seconds to start up.
Attention: The screen will flicker a few times during this process. -
Your badge can now open your Custo® by holding it in front of the logo.

Done, your app is now linked to your Custo®.

Now fix the lock on the door. You can find this in the packaging. (underneath the red sticker).
Note: don’t do this earlier!

Hardware installation
- Optional: Dig a hole of 50cm x 50cm x 20cm. (length x width x depth) Only to be executed if you want to obtain a floating effect
- Level the surface with stabilized or poured concrete with a thickness of at least 5 cm. (must be level!) If you place a tile, it is best to reinforce it by applying cement along the side, so that the bus is firmly anchored in the ground. After drying, place your Custo® on the base and mark the 4 holes on the concrete. Drill the 4 holes and insert plugs. Sizes: plugs 12 x 60mm, bolts M8 x 50mm.
- Place your Custo® in the right place and screw the bolts into the base. Don’t forget the roundels!
- Close the pit with earth pebbles.
