Safety precautions
This product complies with the requirements of the following directives of the European Union for CE conformity: 2014/30/EU (electromagnetic compatibility), 2011/65/EU (RoHS). To ensure safe operation of the equipment and eliminate the danger of serious injury the following safety precautions must be observed. Damages resulting from failure to observe these safety precautions are exempt from any legal claims whatever.

  • Do not subject the equipment to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, extreme humidity or dampness
  • Do not operate the equipment near strong magnetic fields motors, transformers etc.
  • Keep hot soldering iron or guns away from the equipment
  • allow the equipment to stabilize at room temperature before taking up measurement important for exact measurement.
  • Do not modify the equipment in any way
  • Opening the equipment and service and repair work must only be performed by qualified service personnel
  • Treat electronic equipment carefully.
  • Avoid harder knocks, blows or falls.
  • Avoid also the penetration of water and moisture to prevent damage to the sensitive device
  • Check device and other accessories for possible damages before operation. If in doubt, do not measure.
  • The measurement instrument is not to be to operated unattended.
  • Fetch out the battery when the meter will not be used for long period.
  • Periodically wipe the cabinet with a damp cloth and mid detergent.
  • Do not use abrasives or solvents.
  • The meter is suitable for indoor use only
  • Do not store the meter in a place of explosive, inflammable substances.
  • Always observe all the safety instructions printed on the device and in the operating instructions manual
  • Prevent from contact of metallic conductors of the device with voltage carrying components.
  • Perform inspections of electrical installations only by using all safety rules
  • Measuring instruments don’t belong to children hands.

Cleaning the cabinet

Clean only with a damp soft cloth and a commercially available mild household cleanser. Ensure that no water gets inside the equipment to prevent possible shorts and damage to the equipment.

This video endoscope camera offers a variety of outstanding technical properties such as the removable monitor which can be connected via video cable or the high resolution camera with 6 dimmable LEDs for illumination, which can take photos and videos to a SD card. The 8.2mm diameter of the flexible camera is also small enough to move through the smallest openings.

Power ON

| ****

Rotary switch below the monitor. Switch upward to turn the unit on. Next rotate upward to turn on the lighting LEDs placed on the camera. Turn knob up and down to dim the LEDs or completely turn down to turn the power off again.

Camera Connection

|

Plug the flexible camera with the guidance in the holder provided. Turn the nut on the thread of the camera to fix the attachment. To release the camera, turn the nut in the opposite direction and pull the camera back from the connector.

Flashlight

|

Press the trigger to activate the flashlight. This additional lighting is switched independently from the camera lighting, which is regulated over the dimmer item 4: Power ON. To switch off the flashlight, press the trigger again.

Battery

| Carefully slide the cap forward until it jumps to the top of the guide rail. Remove dead batteries and insert new batteries into the battery compartment.

Pay attention to the correct polarity as shown in the illustration

Load TF-Card
Load the TF-Card

Remove the monitor using the slide switch (3) from the main unit. Open the cover as shown in the picture and slide the TF-card into the holder provided. In delivery state, the SD card is already inserted in the device.Turn off the unit before removing the SD card. Please handle the sensitive components and contact grinders with care.

VIDEO MODE

Press the CAMERA  button to take pictures in photo mode or to start video recording in  video mode.

  • Use the OK button to freeze the image on the screen.
  • Use the ▲ button to zoom the image in 4 steps.
  • Use the ▼ button to flip the image in 4 steps.
  • Press the MODE button to switch between modes: Photo, Video and Playback.

Settings menu

  • Press the button in photo mode to enter the menu settings for  Photo or in Video mode to enter the setup menu for video recording.
  • Press OK to enter the general settings menu.
  • Use the ▲ and ▼ buttons to select the desired item and press the OK button to confirm.
  • Finally, press the O button again to exit the menu and switch back to the normal camera mode.

Photo menu

Here you can find various settings for photo resolution, color scheme, and whether the time and date should be displayed in the photo.

Video menu

Here you can find various settings for video resolution, color scheme, and whether the time and date to be shown in the photo.

Playback Menu

Set in this menu, the settings for playback of video footage and the number of displayed thumbnails. In this menu you can also delete any or all of the stored files.

General Settings

Press the O button and then press the MODE button to switch to the general settings menu. In the general settings menu you can change the settings for date / time, the menu language used, the TV system for the TV-OUT port, and the issuance of Notice noises. Furthermore, settings for refresh rates, Auto power off, format the memory card, and a recall to factory settings can be performed.

Maintenance of the unit

  • Do not store or operate the appliance in places where the unit is exposed to direct sunlight for a longer time.
  • The device must be opened and repaired only by qualified personnel.
  • If dirty, wipe the unit with a damp cloth, but avoid the ingress of water.
  • Use no aggressive detergent.
