Repair and Maintenance

Cleaning and storage

Wipe the vehicle with a soft, damp cloth. Hard-to-remove dirt can be wiped with a toothbrush and toothpaste, and then cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.

Attention:
Do not wash your scooter with alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive/volatile solvents, which may damage the exterior and interior of your scooter. Do not use a cleaning machine to wash your scooter.

Warning:

  • Before cleaning, turn off the power supply of the scooter, remove the charging cable, and seal the rubber cover charging port tightly. Otherwise, electronic components may be damaged.
  • Keep your scooter in a cool, dry place. Do not store outdoors for a long time. Exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) accelerates the aging of the plastic parts, which may reduce battery life. Replacing tires should be installed on the rim by professional service personnel.

Removing the wheel is complex, and incorrect assembly may cause instability and malfunctions:

The battery may be permanently damaged if it is completely depleted. Electronic devices inside the battery can monitor it charging/discharging condition; damage caused by overcharging or over-discharging is not covered by the limited warranty.

Warning:
Do not disassemble the battery, make it fall and bump, or touch its positive and negative electrodes. Keep the positive and negative electrodes of the battery away from metal objects to prevent short-circuit, fire and electric- shock hazards. If the battery is damaged or has on it any amount of water, please do not charge nor use.
