Product Information
- The Rainbow Learning Lights MixerTM is a toy mixer that combines colorful lights, fun songs, and imaginative play to help children learn colors, numbers, and counting. The mixer comes with various accessories including a detachable mixing bowl, a double-sided cake pan, two double-sided recipe cards, two eggs, three pieces of butter, five pieces of chocolate, a hat button, five mixing buttons, a mode selector, an off/low/high volume selector, a light projector paddle, a flour jar, a sugar jar, and a measuring spoon.
- It is important to note that all packing materials and removable tags should be discarded for the child’s safety. Adult supervision is required to prevent hair entanglement with the moving parts of the toy. The included pieces should be wiped with a slightly damp cloth and certain items like the mixing bowl, measuring spoon, sugar jar, and flour jar should be thoroughly washed before and after use. The mixer should not be submerged in water or exposed to excessive moisture to avoid damaging the electronics.
- Battery installation is required for the mixer to function. Four AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries are recommended for best performance. Rechargeable batteries can also be used. It is important to follow the battery removal and installation instructions carefully and keep batteries out of reach of children.
Product Usage Instructions
- Unlock the packaging locks by rotating them 90 degrees counterclockwise and pulling them out.
- Remove the battery cover located on the back of the unit using a screwdriver.
- Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
- Install 4 new AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. Ensure proper polarity.
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure it.
- To turn on the mixer, slide the Off/Low/High Volume Selector to the Low or High position. To turn it off, slide the selector to the Off position.
- Slide the Mode Selector to choose from Numbers mode, Colors mode, or Creative Cakes mode.
- Lower the Mixer Head and press one of the Five Mixing Buttons to start the mixing and activate a colorful light show in the bowl.
- Press the Hat Button to start a fun activity associated with each mode (counting, colors, or creativity).
- To add ingredients or remove the Mixing Bowl, manually lift up the Mixer Head. Make sure to lower the Mixer Head and Paddle into the bowl before pressing a Mixing Button to start mixing the ingredients.

WARNING
All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable tags, cable ties, cords and packaging screws are not part of this toy, and should be discarded for your child’s safety.
NOTE:
- Please save this Instruction Manual as it contains important information.
CAUTION:
- Hair entanglement may result if child’s hair comes in contact with the moving parts of toy. Adult supervision is required.
NOTE :
- After removing from packaging, wipe all the included pieces using a slightly damp cloth. Wash the Mixing Bowl, Measuring Spoon, Sugar Jar and Flour Jar thoroughly before and after use. To avoid damaging the electronics, do not submerge the mixer in water or expose it to excessive moisture.
Unlock the Packaging Locks
- Rotate the packaging locks 90 degrees counterclockwise.
- Pull out the packaging locks and discard.
INSTRUCTIONS
Battery Removal and Installation
- Make sure the unit is turned Off.
- Find the battery cover located on the back of the unit, use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover.
- Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
- Install 4 new AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (For best performance, alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended.)
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.
WARNING:
- Adult assembly required for battery installation.
- Keep batteries out of reach of children.
IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
- Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
- Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
- Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- Remove rechargeable batteries (if removable) from toy before charging.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Off/Low/High Volume Selector
- To turn the unit On, slide the Off/Low/High Volume Selector to the Low or High position. To turn the unit Off, slide the Off/Low/High Volume Selector to the Off position.
- Mode Selector
- Slide the Mode Selector to choose from: Numbers mode , Colors mode or Creative Cakes mode
- Five Mixing Buttons
- Lower the Mixer Head and press one of the Five Mixing Buttons to start the mixing and a colorful light show in the bowl.
- Hat Button
- Press the Hat Button to start a fun activity. Each mode has a different set of activities to practice counting, colors or creativity.
- Mixer Head
- Manually lift up the Mixer Head to add ingredients to the Mixing Bowl or to remove the Mixing Bowl from the mixer.
- Remember to lower the Mixer Head and Paddle into the bowl before pressing a Mixing Button to start mixing the ingredients.
- Double-Sided Cake Pan
- Pour pretend batter into the Double-Sided Cake Pan then flip the cake pan over to show a decorated cake.
- Automatic Shut-Off
- To preserve battery life, the Rainbow Learning Lights Mixer™ will automatically shut off after approximately 70 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button or sliding the Mode Selector.
NOTE
- Do not place any object into the Mixing Bowl to mix other than the Eggs, Pieces of Chocolate and Pieces of Butter provided with the Rainbow Learning Lights Mixer™.
NOTE
- If the unit powers down or if the light fades out during play, please install a new set of batteries.
Activities
- Numbers Mode
- Slide the Mode Selector to Numbers mode. Press one of the Five Mixing Buttons to hear the number and see the Paddle mix. The number on the Mixing Button corresponds with the mixing duration. Press the Hat Button to follow a recipe that requests ingredients by quantity. Count along with the mixer for extra baking fun.
- Colors Mode
- Slide the Mode Selector to Colors mode. Press one of the Five Mixing Buttons to hear the color name and see the Paddle mix. The color of the Mixing Button corresponds with the color that lights up the bowl. Press the Hat Button to follow a recipe that requests ingredients by color.
- Creative Cakes
- Slide the Mode Selector to Creative Cakes mode. Press the Hat Button to get an idea for a Fantasy Cake and use creativity to make a recipe for the perfect tasty treat. Press one of the Five Mixing Buttons to watch the Paddle mix and see a colorful light show illuminate the bowl.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
- Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
- Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
- Please turn the unit Off.
- Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
- Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
- Turn the unit back On. The unit should now be ready to use again.
- If the unit is still not working properly, install a brand new set of batteries.
Environmental Phenomena
The unit may malfunction if subjected to radio-frequency interference. It should revert to normal operation when the interference stops. If not, it may become necessary to turn the power Off and back On, or remove and reinstall the batteries. In the unlikely event of an electrostatic discharge, the unit may malfunction and lose memory, requiring the user to reset the device by removing and reinstalling the batteries.
