This electric hydraulic jack (kits) is designed for carn maintenance purposes only. Please do not use it for any other purposes.

Caution: The maximum loading car weight for this model is 5T.

Electric Wrench(ZSB02)

Safety Warning

1. Please read this manual carefully before using.
2. The material of the cover is plastic, which is easy to break, please handle it with care when using. Then if carrying it, please with the handle, NOT lifting the pressure rod.
3. Do not overhaul the machine to avoid destroying the machine and lose the right of Guarantee.
4. Do not work for long time, when not using, please cut off the power.
5. Avoid the machine dropping into the water and using in the bad condition.
6. Check the power to match well with 12V Car Cigarette Lighter before using.
7. Take notice of the smooth floor and loading capacity when using, also pay attention to finding the exact loading position of the car before the operation of lifting.
8. Do not overload when using the machine, make sure to keep upright with the lifting car at the same time, never operate it aslant.
9. Do not pull the power cable casually when using, avoid the cable broken or short circuit.
10. Make sure the car park in one side and close the engine before using.
11. In the process of using the machine, ensure the operator stay with it all time, in case the operator have to leave for a short while, please shut off the machine first.
12. The machine adopts the power of precise hydraulic oil, please keep the adequate ventilation, avoid doing it in the environment of high temperature and rather low temperature, while the suitable temperature should be from -15 C to 50 °C. 13. It can only be used for car maintenance, not for other purposes.

Advantages

Considering the safety, the machine designs self-locking power structure and overloading protection device specially. That is to say: when the power has been disconnected, the lifted jack will not fall, only reconnecting the power, the jack will go on working, or using the safety knob to fall the car, which will protect the operator’s personal safety effectively.

In order to strengthen the practicability, the machine is added the function of Tire Inflator Pump. So the machine combines two functions: Car Jack and Tire Inflator Pump The machine is widely used for Family Car, Go-anywhere Vehicle, Multi-Purpose Vehicle.

Application Method

Jack Function

1. Stop the car, tension the car brake
2. Check the switch whether it is to the close position, it should be to “O” state, if no, please do it so first, then connect the power plug into the car cigarette lighter.
3. Put the jack in the side of car tyre, and ensure the centre of Pressure Rod to align the loading part of automobile chassis, then rotate the adjusting screw to make it close to the automobile chassis as far as possible.
4. Adjust the function switch to “Lift”, the direction switch to “Up”, then the jack will start to work, till the distance between the car tyre and the floor is about 5cm, reset the power switch, while the power is disconnected, the machine would lock automatically and wouldn’t fall.
5. After changing the tyre, adjust the direction switch to “Down” , the jack would start to fall in constant speed.
6. Finish all. please collect the cables and tools in the line winding box

Inflation Function

1. Prepare for the equipment well, pull out the air hose and choose the suitable inflatable head to connect, then turn on the power.
2. Adjust the function switch to “Inflation”, then it would start to inflate, please check the change of the pressure gauge.
3. If finishing, please close the power first, then pull out the inflatable head to collect in the tool box. Later also pull out the plug from the cigarette lighter, then collect the cables into the tool box.

Fault Diagnosis

Jack couldn’t work

• Check whether turning on the auto power.
• Inspect whether the function switch is adjusted to the relevant function position.
• The pilot lamp for the cigarette lighter plug is lighted or not, if not, please reconnect the plug; if reconnecting it, still no lighting, please check whether the inside fuse of the cigarette lighter plug is destroyed. d). Whether the plug for the power cable of jack is loosen with the jack or falling off.

The socket is no electric or loosen, or check the cable, please connect the power correctly; If the power switch is in the position of “O” , pls adjust the switch to ” | ” (See Diagram Three); Check the plug of cigarette lighter, whether the fuse is destroyed, if it is destroyed, pls replace it, then try again

Not Inflating

1. Check whether starting the inflator pump.
2. Whether the gas nozzle of air hose is rightly connected with tyre gas nozzle.
3. Inspect the air hose whether leaking air because of being destroved in emergency.

The pressure rod couldn’t be risen

• Confirm whether starting the motor.
• Whether the function switch is adjusted to the JACK function position, and also check the direction switch for “Up” / “Down” c). Check whether the lowest temperature is within the range of suitable temperature for this product, if not, please preheating the jack first, making the hydraulic oil thaw, then using it.
• Not using for long time maybe cause the oil is not smooth, please first press “Down switch for starting one minute, then press “Up” switch.

The pressure rod couldn’t be fallen

• Confirm whether starting the motor.
• Whether the function switch is adjusted to the JACK function position, and also check the direction switch for “Up” / “Down”
• Not using for long time maybe cause the oil is not smooth, please first press “Up switch for starting five seconds, then press “Down” switch.

Remove the head of safety valve(See Diagram Two, point 4), loose the safety valve with six-angle spanner rotate about half circle by anticlockwise), till the pressure rod falls to the prior position, then tightening it.

Electric Wrench (ZSB02)

1. Turn on the power of the car.
2. Plug into cigarette lighter or connect with the car’s battery.
3. Choose the proper socket to the wrench’s shaft. (FIG.1)
4. According to thread direction, press switch for tightening or loosening. (Do the reverse for L.H. screw) (FIG.2)
5. Press left side of the switch (with mark II) to start operation, and each nut will be loosened after two or three times of “clatter” sound. NB: If the wrench pins with out impacting. Please start engine for maximum voltage.
6. Press right side of switch (with mark) to tighten nuts, it will be tight enough after two or three times of “clatter” sound.

PERATION CHART

Choose and apply the correct socket to the wrench head (FIG. 1)

Apply the wrench to wheel Nut and Press the Upper side of the switch (with mark”-) to start. Nut will be loosened in 3 seconds (FIG.2)

HOW TO REPLACE THE FUSE IN THE 12V PLUG

1. To replace the fuse in the plug, twist off the upper cover.
2. Remove the faulty fuse and insert a new one.
3. Twist the cover back on the plug. A spare fuse is enclosed in the case.

Caution

1. This tool can only be applied to DC12v Power.
2. Do not use the tool continuously more than 10 minutes.
3. Do not touch the shaft head with hand during operation.
4. When using the clips to car’s battery, please make sure to connect clips to correct terminals of the battery. Red to positive and black to negative.
5. Do not use sockets not included in this kit.
6. New fuse’s rated current should be or less than 12A.
7. Turn off the switch 3-5 seconds after the “clatter” sound is heard, the continue the operation.
8. The manufacturer recommends checking the tightness of the wheel nuts with a wheel brace after tightening with the impact wrench. The impact wrench is only for emergency use. Use a professional torque wrench to recheck the correct torque as soon as possible.
9. The manufacturer takes no responsibility for incorrect usage of this product and the impact wrench are only designed to loosen and tighten car wheel nuts’.

Troubleshooting

DANGER
Risk of fatal electric shocks.

Only have repairs to the tool or the power cord carried out by a professional experience technician.

1. Impact wrench will not start. Is the car battery dead?
   Is the cigarette lighter faulty? Is the fuse in the impact wrench faulty?

2. Wheel nut cannot be unscrewed or tightened.
   Has the correct rotational direction been selected?
