Product Usage Instructions

The PuriCare S2 UVIG Air Scrubber is designed for industrial and large space applications such as large offices, schools, hotels, conference halls, industry basements, and spaces undergoing renovation or work with high dust levels. The main function of the air scrubber is to remove particulate matter in the air, including allergens, and to address indoor and underground air pollution caused by decoration or other factors. It is also effective in dealing with air pollution problems related to volatile organic compounds in enclosed spaces and vehicles.

Here are the steps to use the PuriCare S2 UVIG Air Scrubber:

1. Ensure that the power cord is properly connected to a 115V, 60Hz power source.
2. Place the air scrubber in the desired location, ensuring proper ventilation and access to the contaminated air.
3. If necessary, connect the external air duct to the air scrubber for enhanced air intake.
4. Turn on the air scrubber using the power switch.
5. Adjust the air volume according to the required airflow by turning the knob. The range is from 800 to 2,000 CFM.
6. If desired, activate the UV light by using the switch on the control panel.
7. Monitor the differential pressure gauge display to determine when the filter needs to be replaced. Replace the filter in a timely manner to maintain optimal performance.
8. When finished using the air scrubber, turn off the power switch and disconnect it from the power source.

PROVEN PERFORMANCE

The whole machine adopts a one-piece high-density plastic shell, which is firm and reliable. Plus, there’s no worry about rust corrosion under the wet operating conditions common in restoration work. There is a high-efficiency filter and a pre-filter the machine (we also provide a variety of replacement filters).
At the same time, the high-end model also has a negative ion generator and a UV lamp inside, which can kill bacteria and purify the air when used together,which makes the machine more versatile. In addition, a powerful centrifugal backward tilt motor can adjust the output air volume of 800-2,000 CFM through the knob.
The machine uses a standard 24” x 24” high-efficiency filter, which is secured with linkages to prevent filter movement and ensure complete filtration. There are controllable switches for UV-light and negative ion generators on the control panel, which can be used by customers according to their own needs.
In addition, the differential pressure display is essential to remind users to replace the filter in time. Two fixed and two locking 4” swivel casters can be connected to the bottom of the machine to facilitate the transportation and transfer of the machine.
