Wire mode

  1. Connect the Type-C cable to the headset. Press and hold the power button to turn on the headset.The headset will be in wired mode at this time.(After connecting the Type-C cable in Bluetooth mode, the headset will only be charging. In 2.4GHz mode, connecting the Type-C cable will automatically change the playback mode to wired mode.Disconnecting the cable will return the headset to 2.4GHz wireless mode).
  2. Short and long clicks on the volume control buttons will carry out the usual functions (turn the volume down or up).
  3. The microphone will be turned on by default. To mute the microphone, press the microphone button on the headphones once. To activate the microphone, press the same button again.
  4. By default, the headset will operate in stereo playback mode. A quick double-click on the microphone button will activate the virtual 7.1 sound mode.To return to stereo mode, press the same button twice.

Connection with a Type-C 3.5mm wire

  1. Using a headset via a 3.5mm wire connection does not require it to be turned on.
  2. In this mode, the volume, Play/Pause buttons, microphone control, etc. do not work.

2.4GHz wireless mode (game mode) Headset and transmitter combination

  1. Turn off the headset and disconnect the transmitter.
  2. Press the power button on the headset to turn it on, the light indicator will slowly start to light up. After that, press the power button two more times to put the headset in Game mode.
  3. Connect the transmitter to the desired device (Computer, Game Console, etc.).
  4. Press and hold the microphone button for 3 seconds to initiate the connection. After the connection is made, you will hear a notification that Game Mode has been activated. (Usually the headset and the transmitter are already connected).
  5. The headset and the transmitter will be automatically connected after all actions. The light indicator will stay lit all the time.

How to use

  1. Connect the transmitter to the desired device (Computer, Game Console, etc.), the light indicator will start to light up.
  2. Turn on the headset and it will automatically connect to the transmitter. The indicator will light up permanently if the connection has been made. (If the headset could not detect a transmitter, perform the connection).
  3. Short and long clicks on the volume control buttons will perform usual functions (turn the volume down or up).
  4. The microphone will be turned on by default. To mute the microphone, press the microphone button on the headphones once. To activate the microphone, press the same button again.
  5. By default, the headset will operate in stereo playback mode. A quick double-click on the microphone button will activate the virtual 7.1 sound mode. To return to stereo mode, press the same button twice. (More information is given in the table below).
  6. When the headset battery is almost discharged (3.3V), the headset light indicator will blink red and the indicator on the transmitter will blink blue. If charging is not done in time, the headphones will automatically turn off.

Operation in Bluetooth mode

  1. Turn on the headset, press the power button twice to switch to Bluetooth When the headset switches to Bluetooth-pair search mode, the indicator light will start blinking.
  2. Hyperpunk headset is compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled smartphones and devices.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and start searching for available Bluetooth devices.
  4. Find the “HATOR Hyperpunk” headset in the list and connect to it. If the pairing has been successful, the indicator light will light up permanently.

(If the headset and device have already been paired, the headset will automatically connect to it as soon as it switches to Bluetooth mode)

Button functions: Call acceptance

One short click on the power button to answer the call. Important: Some smartphones may require additional settings.

End a call

Press and hold the power button for 1.5 sec. Music playback
