offline Map operation Guide

Thank you for purchasing our android car navigation. In order to use the offline function of the device, please follow below steps for setup

1. Power on the unit and connect the device to internet by Wifi.
2. Find the APP named Here in the main menu
3. Follow with e tips of the app the main map page and find the option menu
4. Click ’Use appoffline’ and download your preferred map data in the country list
   

How to connect camera?

Please cut the coil of the camera to use! (For AHD camera) Connection :

1. Plugin a short wire”cam-in” to the back of the radio.
2. Connect the trigger wire to the positive of the reverse light
3. Connect the red wire to the positive of the reverse light
4. Connect the black wire to the negative of the reverse light

Introduction of vertical panel button

Screen installation method

1. Remove the cable cover
   The fingers are pulled straight out at the black spot above, Press the back spots on both sides during installation

2. Insert the cable into the outlet
   Press down the flat wire by facing the winding mouth
   To take out the cable, you need to press the buckle on both sides and pull it outward

3. Open the manual baffle

4. Align the slots of the host and the screen, Then push the main engine up Push to the right position and then press the manual baffle

5. Antiskid baffle

6. Non slip buckle
   You need to push the buckle to remove the screen completely

TROUBLE SHOOTING:

1. No power, cannot turn on.
   Please check the following paints:
   (1) Please confirm the power source i DC 12V,
   (2) Please oy use the power wires coming it the radio.
   (3) Check if you connect all power cables wiring:
   (4) red wire connect to igniton switch (ACC)
   (5) yellow wire connect to battery positive
   (6) black wire connect to battery negative
   (7) power port is tightly inserted
   (8) Check i the fuse s good. Replace with the proper value fuse if necessary.
   If all the above has no problem, please do a test as the following steps:

1. disconnect all other wires o the radio
   (2) only connect the red wire and yellow wire direcly to DC 12V battery positive, and the black able to negative.
   (3) check if it has the same problem.
   Thus, you can confirm it is the device matte or the car wire matter.

2. Turn on/off automatically If you confirm all power connection and fuse is good and tight, you can do a test with the unit as the following steps:
   (1) remove the car radio from the car
   (2) find another DC12V battery, only connect the red wire and yellow wire directly to positive, and the black cable to negative.
   (3) check if it has the same problem Thus, you can confirm it is the device matter or the car battery or wire matter.

3. No sound
   (1) Check and make sure the speaker wires are connected correctly as wring diagram
   (2) Check if there is any contact between speaker, speaker wires and car’s metal part
   (3) please make sure the speaker wires connected properly to your car audio, there are eight wires(gray white green purple) are speaker line, a group of colors corresponding to a pair of speaker lines (positive and negative);
   (4) Check if below APPs have sound (FM radio, Bluetooth music, Bluetooth call,GPS navigation), this is important.
   (5) If FM radio works fine but the Bluetooth and video receive no audio. If your car has an amp, the direct wiring didn’t work. You had to jump the blue/white harness wire to 12V ACC in order for it to work.
   (6) Check if it occur in all audio playing modes.
   (7) Adjust volume according to the last result.
   (8) Confirm if this unit output watt can support your speakers

4. Only FM radio has sound, other modes has no sound Please confirm you the subwoofer/amplifier power cable connection.
   If there are three power cables,
   “+”, “-” and “REM”, wiring:
   “+” – battery positive
   “-” – battery negative
   “REM” – car ignition switch
   If there are two power cables,
   “+” and “-” , wiring: “+” – car ignition switch “-” – battery negative

5. Blue Screen /White Screen trips/spots on screen/bunion lights up but screen is black.
   Confirm i it s the screen flat cable connection is lose ‘You can scree off the unit’s frame, and will see the screen flat cable inside. You re-pg. it and. serif the problem still exist.

6. How to connect camera: lease cut the col of the camera to use |
   Connection
   1 Plug cam-in cable to the radio
   2. Connect the trigger wire to the positive of the revise light
   5. Connect the red wire 0 the postil of the reverse light
   4. Connect the black wire o the negative of the reverse ight

7. Buttons or touch screen no function
   (1) Five-finger correction screen Press and hold the screen with five fingers at the same time, four dots will pop up, follow the prompts, click
   (2) Check the cable The screen flickers, which may be caused by a loose cable. You can unplug the screen wire and plug it in again.
   (3) if previous 2 ways can not improve the issue, please try to poke”RES” hole to reset.

8. Poor radio signal Please Please check these factors:
   (1) radio antenna connection
   (2) radio antenna mounting place (adjust to get better signal)
   (3) confirm if it is the car engine wave interference
   (4) avoid signal interference/blocking from other devices/signal transmitter
   (5)reset the unit and receive radio signal again
   (6)add an antenna amplifier
   (7) for Android car radio, you can try to install an online radio app, which support more radio type and don’t need the offline signal
   (8)Please check if your cars radio antenna has two ends, If yes, please buy an extra adapter

9. Stereo cannot be received under radio mod
   (1)Tune the radio frequency/area accurately
   (2)Choose correct radio frequency area in setting
   (3) The broadcasting signal is too weak, set the mode to MONOO.

10.  WIFI/ Bluetoollt not operated/ pour WIFI/Bluetootli connection
    (1)Confirm the connection of the Bluetooth antenna, Plug in a short cable (cam-in wire) in the camera “RCP port, There are two short cables, one is wifi antenna, one is Bluetooth antenna. They can enhance the signal! Must be connected.
    (2) Forget the connection record both on the car radio and on your phone and reconnect
    (3)test with another mobile phone to see if it is compatibility issue drive by clicking the RST an online radio app named Bluetooth auto connect to replace the preload Bluetooth app
    (4) Try to reset the drive by clicking the RST hole on the front panel
    (5) you can try to install online radio app named Bluetooth auto connect to replace the preload Bluetooth app

11. GPS not work Please check these factors firstly.
    (1) Confirm if online navigation or offline navigation has problem
    (2) Check GPS antenna connection and mounting place ( mounting method see picture in GPS mounting)
    (3) Adjust the antenna place for better signal
    (4) In “setting – GPS detection” interface, check if it can locate correctly
    (5) Reset the unit, by clicking the reset hole
    (6) Try with another working antenna if possible

13. Cannot save all settings Check if the power cable (yellow cable) is well connected to battery positive. It is for memory saving when switch off the car

14. How to use Mirror Link This function support Mirror Link for iPhone and Android phones, cannot support Samsung models. You can synchronize the phone screen on the stereo screen to enjoy playing multimedia content on a larger screen. For audio transfer, please connect Bluetooth firstly.
    How to use mirror link with iphone:
    (1) turn on iphone’s hospot
    (2) connect the car radio wifi to your phone hotspot
    (3) turn on the app “phone link” on the unit, follow indications to operate
    (4) method 1: enter airplay function on iphone, choose this car radio and start mirroring function
    method 2: scan code to download app on your phone, and enter app to use connection function
    How to use on Android phones:
    (1) dick in “phone link” and scan code to download app, follow indication to choose link via USB cable or wifi
    (2) via USB: Find your phone developer options and open ” USB debugging”, and set the USB configuration as data transmission

15. How to set the button light always on:
    (1)Setting – Factory setting (password 8888) – Key light setting – tick all three options below
    (2)If you want it only light at night, please confirm you connect the “ILL” cable to your car’s headlight positive. Then set the brightness mode in Setting -brightness.

16.  Mirror Link No work
    (1) Confirm if mobile phone version is supported
    (2) Try to replace another USB data cable. This functon requires high quality cable, so please use an original one.
    (3) Test with another mobile phone within compatibility. It is true that some phone models are not compatible. You can have a test.
