ETUH 22 ELECTRONIC THERMO-HYGROSTAT
APPLICATION
The ETUH 22 thermo-hygrostat monitors the temperature and humidity in the control cabinet. This is because pronounced cold, heat or even humidity, leads to strong loads on the control cabinet components. Even small temperature changes lead to humidity inside the control cabinet. This is because warm air can hold more moisture than cold air. When warm air cools down, moisture can condense, which shows up as condensed water at the coldest points in the control cabinet. Temperature and humidity control in the control cabinet is therefore essential. re essential.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPCION
The ETUH was specially developed to control fan or heater. A connected heater or fan prevents the formation of condensation on electrical components. The CO contact is switched either at high humidity or low temperature. Temperature and humidity are independently adjustable. LEDs signal function and status.

FUNCTION
The presence of the supply voltage is signaled by a green LED. When the changeover contact is switched, a red LED lights up.
- Contact 4-6 closes (and the contacts 5-6 opens) if humidity rises above humidity set point or if temperature falls below temperature set point.
- Contacts 5-6 closes (and the contacts 4-6 opens) if temperature rises above temperature set point or if humidity falls below humidity set point.

MOUNTING / INSTALLATION
The Thermo-Hygrostat ETUH must only be used in stationary, closed electric
cabinets.
The controller is mounted on a 35 mm DIN standard rail. For this purpose, the
controller is hooked in with the upper hooks and then snapped onto the
standard rail by pressing. To remove the controller from the standard rail,
first pull it down and unhook it from the front.
The ETUH 22 has internal sensors. In order to record the actual internal
temperature of the control cabinet, it must not be directly exposed to cold or
heat sources, unless it is the assembly to be protected. After mounting, the
controller must be wired as shown in the wiring diagram.
After installation, therefore, the correct operating direction and proper
functioning of the control must be checked. The switching point is set with a
slotted screwdriver.
