Pairing

Note:

1. The headphone will automatically connect the last paired mobile phone or other last paired devices when it is turned on again. If you need to connect to other mobile phone or other device, power off the headphone and repeat the step 1 above.
2. If the headphone is not connected to any device within 3 minutes in pairing mode, the headphone will shut down automatically.
3. Please make sure the distance between headphone and mobile phone is within 1m when doing pairing.
4. 1f your mobile phone can not find out “Qaekie Q20”, please refresh your Bluetooth function again.

Control

Bluetooth mode

Play/Pause: Press 2, one time

Next Song: Press and Hold OO for more than 1.5 seconds

Previous Song: Press and Hold (1; for more than 1.5 seconds

Volume Up: Press 0) one time

Volume Down: Press T one time

ANC(Active Noise Cancelling Mode) On: Press (9 one time

ANC(Active Noise Cancelling Mode) Off: Press C9 one time again

Game Mode:Quick press 0 twice

Music Mode: Quick press CS) twice again

Active Noise Cancelling mode block the noise from the surrounding environment while wearing Qaekie Q20.

Mobile phone

Answer/End Call: Press ± one time

Put current call on hold and answer incoming call:
Press and hold © for 1.5 seconds

Reject Call: Press and hold:?) for 1.5 seconds

Switch between held call and active call:
Press and hold © for 1.5 seconds

Activate Sin: Press and hold © for 1.5 seconds

Deactivate Siri: Press and hold © for 1.5 seconds again

Last Number Redial: Quick pressiDtwiCe

Re-set your headphones:

Press © and CI) for 5 seconds simultaneously when headphone turn on;

After re-set your headphone, headphone will shut off automatically after indicator light flashing blue and red for 3 seconds.

AUX Mode

Plugging in an audio cable will automatically switch to AUX mode, and Bluetooth mode and ANC mode will turn off automatically.

Charging your headphones

Low battery: Notification sound-You will hear a voice prompt

Flashing red every 5 seconds(Bluetooth Led Indicator )

Charging: Steady red(Status Indicator)

Note: Do not switch on Qaekie Q20 while charging

Fully Charged: Indicator Off (Status indicator)

Connect  to two Mobile Phones

Connect to two Bluetooth device simultaneously

1. Pair the headphone to the first mobile phone.
2. After a successful pairing, turn off the headphone, and also turn off the Bluetooth function of the first mobile phone.
3. Pair the headphone to the second mobile phone.
4. After a successful pairing with second mobile phone, turn on the Bluetooth function of the first mobile phone, Select the paired model no. “Qaekie Q20” and manually click to connect.
5. Two phone will both successfully be connected to the headphone at the same time.
