Product Information
The 209637 LI 264-5-1315-1350 T Light grids are compact and easy-to-install devices with evaluation electronics. They come in a durable aluminum housing and are designed for measuring, switching, and beam evaluation. The light grids are available with different evaluation electronics options: LVE, LVX for measuring and switching, and LVB for switching only. The beam evaluation can be done horizontally or diagonally.
Product Usage Instructions
- Identify the transmitter (1) and receiver (2) units of the light grids.
- Determine the monitoring height (3) at which the light grids will be installed.
- Choose the appropriate evaluation electronics (5) based on your requirements: VE, LVX, or LVB.
- Measure the profile length (4) required for your application.
- Ensure proper wiring of the light grids using the provided color codes:
- BN: brown
- GN: green
- GY: grey
- WH: white
- YE: yellow
- Refer to the technical data for the service voltage, profile cross-section, dimension, housing material, protection class, and other specifications.
- Install the light grids in a suitable location, ensuring proper alignment and beam separation.
- Connect the light grids to the evaluation electronics according to the provided connection instructions.
- Adjust the monitoring height and range as per your application requirements.
- Test the functionality of the light grids by triggering the switching output.
