Power indicator description

Power display: LED display power, the first light: power is 0%-33%, 2 lights: power is 33%-66%, 3 Light on: 66%-100%.
Charging display: 0%-33% charging the first light flashes, 33%-66% charging the second light flashes, 66%-100% charging the third light flashes,100% full light.
Low battery display: The first light flashes.

Precautions

  • If you do not use it for a long time, please charge the battery of least once every three months.

  • Please use a DC 5V pourer adopter that meets notional standards and has passed CCC certification for charging.
  • if you find that the mobile power supply is bulging or other bad phenomena or the device being charged is bulging, please stop using the power supply.

Common problems and solutions

  • When the power bank cannot be charged:
    • Please check whether the mobile power adapter is suitable, the connecting line and the adapter are normal.
    • It is recommended to use a suitable brand power adopter to charge it.
    • Do not disassemble or pierce the power bank by yourself; do not expose the power bank to fire, high temperature or water;
  • When the power bank cannot charge other devices:
    • The power bank is too low, please charge it.
    • The voltage of the device being chorged is not compatible with the output of the mobile power supply, please check the charging voltage of the device being charged.
    • The connection method between the charged device and the mobile power supply is incorrect, and whether the connecting line and adopter are normal.
    • Please contact the after-soles service department of the local dealer for the internal circuit failure of the mobile power supply.
