Product Information
The Poly EagleEye IV with Producer is a video conferencing system that includes the RC4ProducerTM+RC-SDATM(2021) with PolyCodec. It is compatible with the PolyRPG300, RPG500, RPG700, and RPG7500 models. The system comes with various cables provided by Polycom, including the RCC-C031-0.3M HDMI/RJ45 to HDCI cable and the RCC-C029-0.3M Power Cable for Producer Module. Additionally, it supports the RC-SDATM, RCC-M001-1.0M, RCC-H001-1.0M, DB9 to DB9 RS232, HDMI, RC4-HETM, RC4-CETM, HDMI to USB Converter, and W PS-1230VDC 100-240V 47-63Hz Power Supply (purchased separately). It can be connected to a laptop using the SCTLinkTM Cable for power, control, audio, and video transmission.
Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the Poly EagleEye IV with Producer system to your desired model (RPG300, RPG500, RPG700, or RPG7500) using the appropriate cables provided by Polycom.
- If you need additional cables such as HDMI or DB9 to 3 Pin Plug, make sure to purchase them separately.
- Connect the system to a power source using the W PS-1230VDC 100-240V 47-63Hz Power Supply.
- To connect the system to a laptop, use the SCTLinkTM Cable. Ensure that it is a single, point-to-point CAT cable without any couplers or interconnections.
- The SCTLinkTM Cable must be CAT5e/CAT6 STP/UTP cable with T568A or T568B pinout. The cable length should be between 10m and 100m, with a minimum and maximum length specified.
- Follow the module dimensions provided for proper installation of the RC4-CETM, RC4-HETM, and RC-SDATM modules.
