WHAT IS COVERED – 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY INCLUDED
DK2 Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that product will be free and clear of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. If within one (1) year from the original date of purchase this product fails due to defect in material or workmanship, DK2 Inc. will repair, replace, or supply any covered defective part at our option. DK2 Inc. is 1-year parts only warranty no labor.
Upon expiry of one (1) year, DK2 Inc. will have no further liability related to the product. DK2 Inc. does not authorize any party, including its authorized distributors or dealers, to offer any other warranty on behalf of DK2 Inc.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO:
a) Damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling and abuse
b) Improper installation, maintenance and storage
c) Expendable parts such as nuts and bolts, pins and springs, wiring and
switch components, hydraulic hoses and fittings, cutting teeth, cutting
chains, cutting blades, throttles, belts and tires.

Within the one (1) year warranty period, the purchaser of the product can CALL 1-888-277-6960 or contact us on www.dk2.com. Notify us of the claimed defect and provide proof of original purchase. At this time the validity of the claim will be determined, and if approved replacement parts will be issued. No returned product will be accepted under warranty unless accompanied by an RGA# issued by DK2 Inc.
DAMAGED FREIGHT
Damage to your product caused by freight mishandling is NOT covered under warranty. If your freight arrives damaged, REFUSE it. Inspect your product when it arrives, otherwise if you accept it, you will be responsible for filing any freight claims with the delivery company. DK2 Inc. warranty excludes damage to product.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: When operating this machine, it is essential that you wear safety gear including goggles or safety glasses, steel-toed shoes and tight-fitting gloves (no loose cuffs or draw strings). Always wear ear plugs or sound-deafening headphones to protect against hearing loss when operating this leaf blower.
CAUTION! Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry that can be caught by moving parts of the machine. Keep clothing and hair away from all moving parts of the machine.

The safety symbols, and their explanations, deserve your careful attention and review in order to safely operate this machine. The safety warnings do not eliminate any danger, the purpose of these warnings is to bring awareness to the dangers of the machine. The instructions or warnings they give are not substitutes for proper accident prevention measures and care while using the product.
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING! Keep guards in place and in working order. Never operate the tool with any guard or cover removed. Make sure all guards are operating properly before each use.
WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury , keep children and visitors away. All visitors should wear safety glasses and be kept a minimum 50 ft (15 m) safe distance from the work area.
WARNING! Keep the area of operation clear of all persons , particularly small children, and pets.
CAUTION! Use the right tool. Don’t force tool or attachment to do a job it was not designed for. Don’t use tool for a purpose not intended.
DANGER! Dress appropriately and keep long hair contained. Wear long pants and long sleeves. Do not wear loose-fitting clothing, neckties, or jewelry. These items can get caught and draw you into moving parts. Rubber gloves and non-skid footwear are recommended when working outdoors. Also, wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.
WARNING! Wear protective footwear that will protect your feet and improve your footing on slippery surfaces.
CAUTION! Exercise caution to avoid slipping or falling.
WARNING! Always wear eye protection. Following this rule will reduce the risk of serious personal injury.
WARNING! Don’t overreach or stand on a ladder, rooftop, or other unstable support. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
CAUTION! Use only recommended accessories. The use of improper accessories may cause risk of injury.
CAUTION! Follow the maintenance instructions specified in this manual.
DANGER! Keep hands, feet and tools away from the blades on the blower at all times.
CAUTION! Check damaged parts. Before further use of the tool, a guard or other part that is damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting, and any other conditions that may affect its operation. A guard or other part that is damaged must be properly repaired or replaced by a qualified service center to avoid risk of personal injury.
WARNING! Never leave tool running unattended. Turn power off. Don’t leave the tool until it comes to a complete stop.
WARNING! Keep the motor and battery free of grass, leaves, or grease to reduce the change of a fire hazard.
CAUTION! Follow manufacturer’s recommendations for safeloading, unloading, transport, and storage of machine.
CAUTION! Be thoroughly familiar with controls. Know how to stop the product quickly.
CAUTION! Keep the tool dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. Always use a clean cloth when cleaning. Never use brake fluids, gasoline, petrolium products, or any solvents to clean tool.

WARNING! Do not use tool if switch does not turn it off. Have the switch replaced by a qualified service center.
WARNING! Before cleaning, repairing, or inspecting, shut off the motor and battery and ensure all moving parts have stopped and cooled down completely.
CAUTION! Avoid dangerous environment. Don’t use in damp or wet locations or expose to rain. Keep work area well lit.

UNDERSTAND YOUR MACHINE
CAUTION! If the unit is to be used by someone other than the original purchaser (or is loaned, rented, or sold), always provide this manual and safety training before operation. The user can prevent and is responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur to themselves, other people, and property.
WARNING! This machine is not a toy, and is to be used only for its intended purpose. Therefore, exercise extreme caution at all times. This machine has been designed to perform one job: blow debris and leaves from lawns, driveways, parking lots, etc. Do not use it for any other purpose.
CAUTION! Do not force the machine. Use the correct machine for your application. The correct machine will do the job more efficiently and safely at the rate it was designed.
INSPECT YOUR MACHINE
CAUTION! Check your machine before each use. Keep guard in place and in working order. Make sure all nuts, bolts, etc., are securely tightened.
DANGER! Never operate the machine when it is in need of repair or is in poor mechanical condition. Replace damaged, missing, or failed parts before using it. Keep the machine in safe working condition.
DANGER! Regularly check to see that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from the machine area before starting it. A wrench or key that is left attached to a rotating part of the machine may result in personal injury.
WARNING! Avoid accidental starting. Be sure the motor and battery are both off before transporting the machine or performing any maintenance or service on the machine with the motor and/or battery on.
WARNING! If the machine should start to vibrate abnormally, stop the motor and battery and immediately check for the cause. Vibration is generally a warning sign of trouble.
CAUTION! Do not tamper with the motor and/or battery in an effort to get it to run at higher speeds. The maximum motor and/or battery settings are preset by the factory and is within safety limits.
CAUTION! Keep a Class B fire extinguisher on hand when operating this machine in dry areas as a precautionary measure.
CAUTION! To avoid sparking or arcing, keep grounded conductive objects – such as tools – away from exposed, live electrical parts and connections. These events could ignite fumes or vapors.
PRODUCT LIABILITY
As referred to in the product liability laws, we are not liable for damages that our product causes if:
- The product is incorrectly repaired
- The product is repaired with parts that are not from the manufacturer
- The product has an accessory that is not from the manufacturer
- The product is not repaired at an approved service center or by an approved authority
OPERATIONAL SAFETY
CAUTION! Never operate the blower without good visibility or light.
CAUTION! Always ensure you have secure footing.
CAUTION! Never place any part of your body where it would be in danger if movement should occur during assembly, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, or moving.
DANGER! Keep all bystanders, children, and pets at least 50 feet (15 m) away. If you are approached, stop the unit immediately.
WARNING! The blower will propel debris at high speed and can cause damage. Avoid pushing your leaf blower over any areas with loose stones or gravel as they may become projectiles. Before use, check that the area is free from breakable objects, such as house windows, auto glass, greenhouses, etc.
DANGER! Do not stand or put your hands, or any part of your body in front of the discharge opening. Always pay attention to the direction of the discharge opening. Never allow discharge opening to point towards any bystanders, pets, or valuable property. Wind can also change discharge direction, so be aware.
DANGER! There are rotating blades inside the blower which can cause serious injury. Please keep your hands, feet, or tools out of the intake and discharge opening while the machine is running.
WARNING! Never operate the machine without directional discharge opening and impeller guard properly affixed to the machine. These devices shield the operator from accidental contact with the rotating impeller.
DANGER! Exercise extreme caution when operating on or crossing gravel driveways, walks, or roads. Stay alert for hidden hazards.
WARNING! Never leave the operating position when the motor and battery are running. Always shut down the machine and ensure it cools completely before leaving the operational area.
CAUTION! To reduce exposure to vibration, limit the hours of operation and take periodic breaks to minimize repetition and rest your hands. Reduce the speed and force in which you do the repetitive movement.
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR MACHINE
SECTION II • ASSEMBLY
STEP 1: FRONT WHEEL RACK ASSEMBLY
- Insert the rotating shaft of the wheel rack (3) into the sleeve of the support frame (5).
- Secure with M8x45 flange bolt and M8 flange nut (6) to complete the front wheel assembly (F)
STEP 2: WHEEL RACK INSTALLATION
Fix the front wheel assembly (F) to the housing (E) using an M8 hex nut (4).
STEP 3: REAR WHEEL INSTALLATION
Install the 10” rear wheels (31) on both sides of the axle (J) and secure using the provided R-pin (32).
- Secure the top handle (34) to the bottom handle (33) using M8x45 hex bolts (6) and M8 hex nuts (4).
- Secure the assembled handle to the machine using M8x45 hex bolts (6) and M8 hex nuts (4).
SECTION III • OPERATION
STARTING THE MACHINE
- Press the power button on the battery to turn on the power supply ( FIG. 1 ).
- Turn the switch key on the side of the battery and motor shroud ( FIG. 2 ).
NOTE: Battery power level is shown on the battery, periodically check your battery power level.
STOPPING THE MACHINE
- Turn the switch key on the side of the battery and motor shroud to stop the motor ( FIG. 3 ).
- Press the power button on the battery to turn off the power supply ( FIG. 4 ).
The machine will stop completely.
