4. Do not stand or put excessive pressure on this massager – it could damage the motor.
5. Do not remove the protection on the cloth.
6. Do not use if you have irritable or damaged skin.
7. If the machine is faulty or the cloth is damaged, do not use.
8. Keep hydrated when using this seat massager.
9. Do not insert fingers into the rotation head at the bottom.
10. Do not remove internal components – doing so could damage this this massager.
11. Any repairs or modifications of this product should be done by the manufacturer, its service agent or a professional technician.
12. Unplug this product before maintenance or cleaning.
13. Ensure your hands are dry when unplugging – avoiding the risk of an electric shock.
14. When not in use, unplug this product.
15.  If the product is damaged or faulty, unplug and contact the manufacturer or its service agent.

How to use

1. Place the product on a chair (use the straps to keep it secure).
2. If using in the house, plug into a socket. If using in the car, connect to the 12V DC car.
3. Press the ‘power’ button to start. The kneading back massage will focus on the whole back, going up and down. The neck massage will be on the upward mode. The air pressure function will be on medium intensity, which is the default setting.
4. Use the controller to set the type of massage you require.
5. Press the ‘heating’ button – the lights on the massage head will turn red, and the seat will heat up. Press again to turn the function off.
6. Press the ‘mode’ button to swich the vibration settings. There are three modes – keep pressing to increase the intensity – press a fourth time to exit this mode. The ‘intensity’ button can only be used if the ‘mode’ button is on.
7. Press the ‘air pressure’ button to switch its intensity. There are three modes – the default is medium intensity. Note: You can turn off this function – It will be off when the indicator on the side does not light up.
8.  Press the ‘neck massage’ button to begin. Press again to exit the function. Press ‘neck upward’, so the massage head moves up. Press ‘neck downward’, so the massage head moves down.
9. Press ‘seat vibration’ – it will start at high intensity. Keep pressing to switch to medium, then low. Pressing a fourth time will turn off the  function.
10. After using, turn off and unplug the product.

Product functions

2. The height of the neck massage can be adjusted – suitable for persons of different sizes.
3. Features a unique air pressure massage function.
4. After 15 minutes, the machine will automatically turn off.

Cleaning and maintenance

1. Before cleaning or maintenance, turn off and unplug this product.
2. Store the machine in a dry and ventilated place – preventing the accumulation of dust.
3. Use a dry cloth to gently wipe the product.
4. Do not immerse this product in water or other liquids.
5. Do not use corrosive solvents when wiping this machine.
6. This product is designed to be maintenance-free. Do not attempt to disassemble this massager.

Troubleshooting

If there is still a problem with your product, do not use and contact customer service.

2.Plug is not properly inserted.
3.Power button has not been pressed.| 1.Connect the product to a power supply.
2.Check the plug and ensure it is properly inserted.
3.Press the ‘power’ button on the control.
When using, the intensity feels either too
strong or weak.| 1.The product has not been properly placed on the seat.
2.You are not used to the settings at the beginning.| 1.Ensure the angle is correct and the product is firmly on the seat.
2.After some time, you will find a suitable setting.
When using, the product makes a noise.| This is the gears working normally.| No actions need to be taken.
