Safety information
Danger of fire!
Lenses in optical devices can cause significant damage by focusing light to
generate heat if handled or stored improperly. Be careful never to leave
optical lenses lying in direct sunlight!
Risk of blinding and injury!
Never look directly into the sun or other bright light sources using optical
devices!
- Also inform other people and children especially of this safety measure!
- Protect your menasZOOM from impacts and excessive heat. Never lay your menasZOOM on a radiator or in direct sunlight.
Using the menasZOOM
- Place menasZOOM over the text that is to be enlarged.
- Turn the upper housing 1 to set the desired enlargement.
- The red dot 2 on the upper housing shows the currently set enlargement according to the scale 3 on the lower housing.
Instructions on Care and Maintenance
Clean the menasZOOM with a soft, lint-free cloth (i.e. eye glasses polishing
cloth). With heavy soiling (i.e. fingerprints) clean the menasZOOM carefully
with a moist cloth. Never use alcoholic and/or organic solvents to clean the
menasZOOM as these can destroy it.
Warranty
Within the parameters of the applicable statutory provisions, we provide a warranty for the functioning of the product described in this manual with regard to faults arising in connection with manufacturing or material defects. In the event of damage due to improper handling, including damage from a fall or impact, no warranty claim exists. Warranty claims are only accepted upon presentation of the sale receipt!
