LED indicator | Status | Description |
---|---|---|
USB | Solid on | A USB device is connected to the router, but no data is being |
transmitted.
Blinking| A USB device is connected to the router, and data is being
transmitted due to the read-write operation.
Off| No USB device is connected to the router or a USB device is connected
improperly.
WiFi| Solid on| At least the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz wireless network is enabled.
Fast blinking| The router is in cable-free networking with other devices.
After the networking is done, the indicator becomes solid on.
Off| The wireless function is disabled.
SYS| Solid on| The system is starting.
After startup, it indicates that the system is faulty.
Blinking| The system is working properly.
Off| The system is not working.
Activity| Solid on| No data is being transmitted over the port.
Blinking| Data is being transmitted over the port.
Off| The port is disconnected, or connected improperly.
Tips
-
The router supports wall mounting (two mounting holes on the bottom). The recommended parts are as follows:
Expansion bolts: height: 6.6 mm, inner diameter: 2.4 mm, langth: 26.4 mm
Screws: PA3*14 mm, head diameter: 5.2 mm, head height: 1.8 mm -
The router is only suitable for mounting at heights = 2m.
Port/Button | Description |

Power | Power jack. |
Use the included power adapter to supply power to the router.
Reset| Reset button.
When the SYS LED indicator is blinking, hold down the Reset button for about 8
seconds, then release when all LED indicators light up. The router is reset to
the factory settings successfully.
WAN| Gigabit intemet port.
Used to connect the router to the intemet.
WAN/LAN| By default, they are gigabit LAN ports.
You can log in to the web UI of the router to change them to WAN ports as
needed.
LAN| Gigabit LAN port.
Used to connect to wired devices, such as computers, switches, or access
points.
USB| USB port.
Used to connect to a portable USB device.
Connect your router
- Connect the included power adapter to the Power jack of the router to power it on.
- Use an Ethernet cable to connect an Ethernet jack or a LAN port of your modem to the WAN port of the router.
- Connect your computer to a LAN port of the router, or connect your WiFi-enabled device, such as a smartphone, to the wireless network of the router.
*The default SSID is shown on the label of the router. By default, it has no WiFi password.
Configure your router
Tips
- You can perform quick setup either using a computer or a smartphone. Computer és used for illustration here.
- If a smartphone is used, disable its Mobile Data function
Step 1: Start a web browser on the computer connected to the router and
visit tendawifi.com or 192.168.0.1.
Step 2: Click Start, then the system automatically detects your internet
connection type.
Step 3: After detection completed, just follow the on-screen instructions
to set up your router.
PPPoE is used for illustration here. Enter the PPPoE Username and
PPPoE Password provided by your ISP, and click Next.
Step 4: Customize the SSID (WiFi name) and WIFI Password as needed.
By default, the WiFi Password is set as the Login Password. You can deselect
the check box and customize them separately.
Step 5: Click Next.
Tips
WIFI Password is used for connacting your wireless network, vinwie Login
Password is used for logging in to the web UI of the router.
Done.
To access the intermit with:
- Wireless clients: Connect your wireless clients to the SSID with the WiFi password you set.
- Wired clients: Connect the wired clients to LAN ports of the router.
FAQ
I cannot log in to the web UI! of the router by visiting tendawifl.com or 192.168.0.1. What should I do?
Try the following solutions: - For configuration using a smartphone, ensure that: (1) Your smartphone has been connected to the wireless network of the router. (2) Its Mobile Data function is disabled. - For configuration using a computer, ensure that your computer has been securely connected to the LAN port of the router, and the corresponding activity LED indicator lights up. - Reset the router. When the SYS LED indicator is blinking, hold doven the Reset button for about 8 seconds, then release when all LED indicators light up. The router is reset to the factory settings successfully.
My computer or smartphone cannot access the internet after configuration. What should | do?
Try the following solutions: - Log in to the web UI of the router, and check if the router is connected to the internet properly. If not, navigate to the Internet Settings page, and follow the on-screen instructions to solve it. - If the wireless network is inaccessible: (1) Check if your wireless clients have been connected to the correct SSID (You can check the SSID on the Wireless page of the web UN, (2) If they have been connected to the correct SSID, but still cannot access the internet, forget this WiFi network, then try reconnecting to it. - If the computer connected to the router cannot access the internet, ensure that the computer is set to Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically. - Log in to the web UI of the router, and check: if your clients are added into the blacklist. If yes, unblock them. - lf the problem persists, consult your ISP.
Why cannot my wireless cilents sean the wireless signals of the router?
Check if the WiFi LED indicator of the routes lights up. If not, connect your computer to a LAN port of the router using an Ethernet cable, log in to its web Ul, choose Wireless > Wireless Settings, and try the following solutions:
- Check if the wireless network of the router is enabled. If not, anable it and click Save. Then rescan using your smartphone. - If the wireless network is already enabled, click Expand, and check if Hide SSID is enabled. If yes, disable it, and click Save. Then rescan using your smartphone. - By default, the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSIDs of the router are unified. To customize the 5 GHz wireless network of the router separately, disable Unity 2.485 GHz SSID, and the 5 GHz configuration part appears. - Only 5 GHz-compiiant wireless clients can scan the § GHz SSID.
CE Mark Warning
This is a Class B product. In a domestic environment, this product may
cause radio mterference, in which case the user may be required to take
adequate measures.
Operations in the 5.15-5.25 GHz band are restricted to indoor use only.
This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20
cm between the device and your body.
The mains plug is used as disconnect device, the disconnect device shall
remain teadily operable.
