Safety Tips

The bike wheelset is an important component for riding safety. Please read through the instructions before use. Install the product on your bike properly, otherwise serious injury may be caused.

Wheelset Specification

Wheelset size: 700c
Outer width: 30 mm
Inner width: 23 mm
Adaptive tires: tubeless tires and clincher tires. The recommended tire width is 25c to 32c.
Installation specification: disc brake 100/142 thru axle
Free hub: Shimano 11-speed free hub, XDR free hub (purchased separately), Campagnolo N3W free hub (purchased separately).

Precautions for Wheelset Installation

The wheelset supports the installation of tubeless and clincher tires, but not tubular tires.
Before wheelset installation, select and install the tire cushion. If a tubeless tire is selected, the tubeless tire cushion must be used accordingly.
Please take off the plastic protective pads on both sides of the wheelset, and ensure that the hub covers are assembled correctly on the hub.
During tire installation or removal, it is strictly forbidden to use a metal tire spoon in order to prevent the rim from being damaged.
For a clincher tire, the maximum tire pressure is 120 psi; for a tubeless tire, it is 110 psi. Do not inflate the tire beyond this pressure.
It is recommended that you adjust the tire pressure according to the weight. Excessive tire pressure will lead to problems such as poor grip and comfort of the outer tire.
To install a cassette of 10-speed or below, please install the corresponding washer first before installing the cassette.

Precautions for The Use Of The Wheelset

Depending on the tire width and the rider’s weight, a tire pressure of 70–110 psi is recommended.
The disc brake wheelset has no brake rim. Please do not use it as a rim brake wheelset.
Please decelerate by the inching braking to ensure sufficient cooling time for the brake system.

Check Before Use

Before riding, please go through the following steps:

Verify that the tire pressure is within the specified range of the wheelset or tires, and that the tire surfaces are free of foreign matters.
Pull the brake handle to verify that the brake system is safe and functional, and that the brake disk is mounted within the specified range of the caliper.▪
Toggle the shift lever to verify that the shifting system works normally and that the screws at the front and end gear are mounted properly.
Pinch the wheelset spoke to verify that it is tight enough with even tension.

Two Years Manufacturer Warranty

This product has passed strict quality inspection. We will provide a free warranty for any wheelset failure caused by quality problems of the product itself under normal use within the warranty period.
Within 7 days from the date of purchase (included), if the product itself has any quality problem, it can be returned unconditionally.
The warranty period for this product is 2 years from the date of purchase. If the date of purchase is not specified, the date of manufacture shall prevail.
When the warranty period expires, only the cost price is charged for the corrective maintenance of the product. If it is deemed to be damaged, only the labor cost, accessory cost and logistics cost will be charged.
We reserve the right to change and interpret the above content.

The Following Situations Are Not Covered by The Warranty

Beyond warranty period.
Any damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
Any damage cause by the use or installation not following the user manual.
Any damage caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, accident, modification, or improper use of accessories not matched with the product.
Any fault or damage caused by reasons other than the design, manufacture, and quality problems of the product itself.
Any damage caused by wear or dirt during normal use, e.g., damages caused by human factors such as scratches, exposure to chemical reagents, sharp objects, falling off, or crushing.
Any damage caused by force majeure.

After-Sales Service Period

The company provides permanent after-sales service for the product.
When the warranty period expires, only the cost price and necessary transportation cost will be charged for the corrective maintenance of the product.
For repairs due to human factors, only the labor, accessory, and transportation costs will be charged.
The company reserves the right to change and interpret the above content.
