The Blaze Wall Mounted Light Box 2008 is a durable and sleek light box with a 20’w by 8’h size. It features a 4 aluminum frame available in Silver, White, or Black. The box is designed with perimeter LED light bars that are pre- attached to the frame, creating a glowing effect. The light bars have an internal power supply, eliminating the need for separate power supplies within the frame and minimizing shadowing and cord management.

There are two options for backlit graphic materials: Backlit Textile (dye- sublimation printed) and Intensity (UV/LED printed). Backlit Textile is a tightly woven fabric that is slightly stretchy, foldable, and washable, making it ideal for multiple uses. Intensity is a material with a smooth coated finish that creates vibrant backlit graphics using a double-strike process.

The light box is easy to assemble and comes with hanging hardware. It is UL Certified and ADA compliant, making it suitable for public spaces. The lights have a 5-year warranty with a long lifespan of 43,800 hours if powered 24/7. The frame has a lifetime warranty.

Product Usage Instructions

How to Apply & Remove Graphics:

Installation:

1. Push the SEG bead into each corner of the frame (1-4) with your thumb.
2. Push the SEG bead into the middle of the run (5-8). Work your way around the perimeter of the frame, pushing in the beading properly.
3. If necessary, go around the perimeter again to ensure the beading is secure in the extrusion profile.

Note: Keep the setup area clean by using a drop cloth, washing hands before setup, or wearing gloves.

Removal:

Use the pull tab located on the graphic and gently pull the graphic from the frame, going around the perimeter.

Graphics Storage & Care:

The graphics should be folded with the graphic facing inward and stored in a zip lock or sealable plastic bag. Spot clean by wiping with a damp white cloth. If washing is necessary, use a commercial size front-loading washing machine with a gentle cycle and cool
water. Line dry flat. Dry cleaning is NOT recommended to prevent shrinkage.

How to Apply & Remove Graphics

Installation: Push the SEG bead into each corner of the frame (1-4) with your thumb, then push the SEG bead into the middle of the run (5-8) and work your way around the perimeter of the frame until all beading is pushed in properly; if necessary, go around the perimeter again to ensure beading is secure in the extrusion profile.

Graphics Storage & Care
