Installation
- Ensure the unit is installed under a hood as per NFPA 96 regulations.
- Connect the gas inlet to a 3/4 NPT gas supply line.
Operation
- Turn on the standing pilots using the manual burner control valve for each burner.
- Adjust the burners within the range of 4.0 – 5.5 (101.6 – 139.7) as needed.
Maintenance
- Regularly clean the hot plate top grate and drip tray to ensure efficient operation.
- Check and replace orifice sizes if switching between natural gas and LP gas.
