Product Usage Instructions

Barrel Filling:

1. Fill the syringe barrel with solder paste.

Seal Placement:

1. Take the barrel filled with solder paste.
2. Place the seal into the barrel.

Plunger Placement:

1. Pay attention to the fact that the plunger enters with its cylindrical part in the syringe barrel.
2. Ensure that the direction of the teeth angle corresponds to the upper image. Otherwise, the DPM (Digital Pressure Monitor) will not work properly.

Tip Placement:

1. Insert the plunger into the seal and press the seal against the solder paste to eliminate the air inside the barrel.
2. Thread the tip onto the syringe barrel. For more information, visit www.jbctools.com.

Operation

Thread the tip onto the syringe barrel. The SB05CC is designed to be used with JBC´s Manual Solder Paste Dispenser DPM, with JBC’s Needles ND-KS and Tappered Tips ND-KP .

• Barrel Filling
  Fill in the syringe barrel with solder paste.

• Seal Placement
  Take the barrel filled with solder paste and place the seal into the barrel.

• Plunger Placement

1. Pay attention to the fact that the plunger enters with its cylindrical part in the syringe barrel and the direcction of the teeth angle corresponds to the upper image. Otherwise, the DPM will not work properly.
2. Insert the plunger into the seal and press the seal against the solder paste to eliminate the air inside the barrel.

• Tip Placement
  Thread the tip* onto the syringe barrel.
