Usage Instructions

  1. Make sure to read and keep this instruction manual for future reference.
  2. Ensure that you handle and use the product appropriately t0 avoid any damages.
  3. Do not leave the product unattended when in use.
  4. If children are present, ensure that they are supervised and guided by an adult who understands and follows all safety precautions.
  5. Avoid using the product near water or in wet conditions to prevent electrical shock or fire hazards.
  6. Only use the product with a properly functioning power cable. If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by an authorized service center.
  7. Do not block the air outlet of the appliance to allow proper ventilation.
  8. The power switch is located on the control panel.
  9. Use the unit selection button to change the temperature unit (e.g., Celsius or Fahrenheit).
  10. Press the heating button to activate the heating mode.
  11. The fan button controls the fan mode.
  12. Adjust the heating power using the heating power set button.
  13. The increase and decrease temperature buttons allow you to adjust the temperature settings.
  14. Set the timer using the timer button.
  15. The set temperature indicator displays the temperature setting.
  16. The timer countdown indicator shows the remaining time on the timer.
  17. The ambient temperature indicator displays the current room temperature.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

In order to reduce the risk of injuries or damages, follow basic safety precautions applied when usingany electrical device, including the following:

  1. Read the entire instruction manual before you start installation and assembly and keep it for future reference. Keep the manual for future reference.
  2. Do not use the product for purposes different from displayed in this operating manual.
  3. Before connecting the device to power supply socket, make sure the voltage indicated on the device corresponds to the voltage in the power supply socket.
  4. ALWAYS turn off the device and disconnect it from the mains supply:
  5. if it’s not operating correctly
  6. if there’s an uncommon voice when using
  7. before cleaning
  8. when not in use
  9. Caution: during first use, the device may emit an odor from the heating element and isolations- this is normal.
  10. During first use after a long time of storing the device, it may emit various sounds- this is normal and will stop after a while.
  11. When you disconnect the power cord of the device, grasp and pull the plug, not the cord/cable.
  12. Place the device on flat, stable and heat resistant surface.
  13. The device can be used while it is placed vertically. Do not leave the device unattended while working.
  14. Keep the device and its cord/cable away from heat, water, moisture, sharp edges and any other factor which may damage the appliance or its cord.
  15. Do not handle this device with wet hands. Do not place it the device in water or any liquid, nor use it in humid or wet environments/rooms. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool!
  16. Do not place the device near flammable, explosive substances and near working environment involving lacquers and glues.
  17. Do not cover or block vents (overheating risk).
  18. Make sure, that there are no obstacles within 1 meter distance from the device. Do not place the device directly next to the walls, furniture, curtains, etc. Position the device in a properly ventilated place.
  19. The heater is not intended for drying clothes.
  20. Do not use the appliance in rooms less than 5 m2 area.
  21. Do not place the heater directly beneath power mains socket.
  22. Do not use this device in dusty places.
  23. Store the device in a dry, cool and dust free place. Before storing, make sure, that the device has cooled off.
  24. Protect the device from being dropped.
  25. Keep the device out of the reach of children. Do not leave children unsupervised with the product.
  26. This appliance may be used by children who are above 8 years old and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised and guided by a person who is responsible for their safety in a cautious manner for all the safety precautions being understood and followed. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Children should not perform cleaning and servicing of the device unsupervised.
  27. Important! The case of the device will increase its temperature while working. To avoid burns and damages, do not touch hot surfaces! Use handles when moving the product. While the device is working, make sure that children and animals stay away from it.
  28. Do not place the power cable under the device or near the ventilation slots.
  29. Do not place any objects in ventilation slots.
  30. ALWAYS disconnect the product form the power mains when it is not in use.
  31. DO NOT use this device if the cord or the plug is damaged, or the appliance is broken.
  32. Do not attempt to repair this device yourself. Only authorized and qualified personnel may repair this device. Never disassemble this device.
  33. Do not attempt to repair this device yourself.
  34. Fixed power cable may only be replaced in an authorized service point.
  35. This product is only suitable for occasional use or for use in well-insulated rooms.
  36. Clean this device in accordance to instructions listed in Cleaning paragraph. Keep the heater clean. Make sure that there are no any objects inside the ventilation holes. Otherwise this may pose a fire hazard or device damage.

ASSEMBLING FEET

Before use, mount the attached feet to the body of the heater. Place the heater on a flat, stable surface to check if it is stable.

WARNING:

  • Do not operate without feet attached.
  • Operate the heater only in an upright position (feet on the bottom); any other position could create hazardous situation.

OPERATION

  1. Before using the heater, make sure it is placed on a flat and stable surface.
  2. Insert the plug of the heater’s power cord into a suitable power mains socket.
  3. Set power switch to I position. Display will turn on. The current ambient temperature will be displayed on the screen.
  4. To go to working mode, press the power button on the remote control or control panel on the device.
  5. The second value will appear on the screen – this is the set temperature to which the radiator will heat the environment. To modify it, press the temperature change buttons on the remote control or control panel on the device until you select the desired value in the range of 5 – 37ºC.
  6. Press heating button on the remote control or control panel on the device to turn on heating mode. First press will turn on heating with 750 W power, second press will turn on heating with 1250 W power, third press will turn on heating with 2000 W power, fourth press will turn on Anti-frost mode, fifth press will turn off heating mode. After this operation, the heating will turn on with the set power if the ambient temperature drops by 1ºC below the set value. The device will turn off when the ambient temperature reaches the set value.
  7. In the Anti-frost mode, the device automatically sets the set temperature to 5ºC. When the ambient temperature drops below this value, the heater will automatically switch on the maximum heating power mode of 2000 W and will work until the ambient temperature is 9ºC.
  8. Press fan button on the remote control or control panel on the device to turn on/off fan.
  9. The heater has a built-in timer, the range of which is from 1 to 24 hours. To turn it on, press the timer button on the remote control or the control panel on the device while the heating mode is on, until the appropriate time value is set. Five seconds after selecting the appropriate value, the timer will start counting down. After the set time has elapsed, the heater will turn off the heating mode, regardless of whether it has reached the temperature set on the thermostat.

Note:

  • For optimum benefit, close windows and doors
  • Do not cover the ventilation holes as this will cause overheating and will activate the cut out

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Clean your device regularly.

  1. Before cleaning, disconnect the device from the power supply and wait for it to cool down.
  2. Clean the device with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
  3. Do not use any chemical or abrasive agents.
  4. Store the device in a dry, cool and dust free place.
