Product Information

The Car FM Transmitter with Bluetooth function URZ0486 is a device that can be plugged into a car charger socket to transmit audio from a mobile device to a car stereo system. The device features an LED display, USB-C port (Power Delivery), USB-A port (Quick Charge), phone button, microphone, AUTO button, knob, previous track, next track, and AUX output. The device has two modes of operation: auto-scan and manual. It also has Bluetooth pairing capabilities and can activate voice assistants.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation
To install the device, plug it into the car charger socket.

1.  Plug the FM transmitter to the car charger socket.
2.  First, the LED display shows the voltage of the car battery for a few seconds and then shows „bt” to indicate that the device is now in the Bluetooth pairing mode.

Bluetooth Pairing
To pair the device with a mobile device via Bluetooth:

1. Enable Bluetooth on the mobile device and search for new Bluetooth devices.
2. Select and connect with the URZ0486 device. Enter password 0000 or 1234 if necessary.
3. Once connected, audio from the mobile device will be transmitted to the car stereo system.
4.  When there is an incoming call in the music playing mode, the device will automatically switch to the call.

FM Transmitter
The device has two modes of operation for transmitting FM radio signals to the car stereo system:

• Auto-scan mode: Press the AUTO button to start auto searching. Tune the car radio to match the same frequency.
• Manual mode: Tune the car radio to an unused FM frequency. Double press the AUTO button to enter manual tuning mode. Turn the knob on the device to match the same frequency.

Auto-scan mode:

1. Press the AUTO button to start auto searching.
2. Tune your car radio to match the same frequency.

Manual mode:

1. Tune your car radio to an unused FM frequency.
2.  Double press the AUTO button to enter manual tuning mode.
3.  Turn the knob on this device to match the same frequency.

Music
To play music from the mobile device:

1. Ensure the device is connected to the car stereo system via Bluetooth or AUX output.
2. Play music on the mobile device.
3. The music will be transmitted to the car stereo system.
   • Press the phone button to play or pause music.
   • Press the buttons on the back of the device to skip to the previous song or go back to the next song.
   •  Turn the knob to adjust the volume.

Calls
To answer or make calls:

1. Ensure the device is connected to the mobile device via Bluetooth and the car stereo system.
2. When there is an incoming call in the music playing mode, the device will automatically switch to the call.
3. Press the phone button to answer or make a call.
4. The audio will be transmitted to the car stereo system.
   • Press the phone button to answer/end an incoming call. Press and hold to reject a call.
   • Press the phone button twice to redial last number.
   • During a call, press and hold the phone button to switch to a private conversation.

Voice Assistant
To activate the voice assistant on the mobile device:

1. Press and hold the phone button for 3 seconds.
2. The voice assistant will be activated on the mobile device.
   • When in Bluetooth mode, press and hold the phone button to activate voice assistant on your smartphone (if supported by the smartphone).

Charging
The device can be charged using the USB-C port (Power Delivery) or USB-A port (Quick Charge).

• Connect your device with a USB cable (not included) to one of the two USB charging ports (USB-A or USB-C).

Switch On/Off
To turn on/off the device:

1. Press and hold the AUTO button for 2 seconds.
2. The device will turn on/off.
   • Press and hold the AUTO button for 2 seconds to turn off FM transmission/LED display/Bluetooth function on the product and keep only charging.
   • Press and hold the AUTO button for 2 seconds again to turn on.

AUX Output

The device has an AUX output that can be used to connect to a car stereo system that does not have Bluetooth capabilities. To use the AUX output:

1. Connect one end of an AUX cable to the AUX output of the device and the other end to the AUX input of the car stereo system.
2. Play music on the mobile device.
3. The music will be transmitted to the car stereo system.
   • While Bluetooth is connected, use the supplied 3,5 mm jack cable to connect this device with the AUX input of your car head unit.

5. ALWAYS disconnect the device from power supply before cleaning.
6. Clean this device with soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any abrasives or chemical agents to clean this product.
