Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that the catheter and accessories are sterile before
   use.

2. Select the appropriate size of the ADVANCE catheter based on
   the patient’s requirements.

3. Prepare the insertion site according to standard medical
   procedures.

4. Peel away the GlideThruTM Peel-Away Sheath to expose the
   Dilator.

5. Insert the Dilator into the desired location while gently
   advancing it.

6. Once the Dilator is in place, remove it carefully, leaving the
   catheter in position.

7. Thread the Spring-Wire Guide through the catheter lumen,
   ensuring that the Soft Tip is on the desired end.

8. Advance the Spring-Wire Guide to the desired location using the
   Arrow Advancer.

9. When the Spring-Wire Guide is in place, remove the Arrow
   Advancer and gently withdraw the Spring-Wire Guide, leaving the
   catheter in position.

10. Secure the catheter in place using appropriate medical
    procedures.

• Priming volumes are approximate and are done without accessories. Flow rate values are approximate and are determined using deionized water at 100 cm head height. Pump flow rates are determined at maximum pump pressure of 10 psig and represent approximate flow capabilities. ** Pressure injection flow rates are determined at the injector pressure setting of 300 psi maximum using media of 11.8 centipoise viscosity, with 152 cm pressure tubing.
