Product Usage Instructions

1. Pairing the Plugs

To pair the smart plugs with Alexa Echo:

1. Ensure your Alexa Echo is powered on and within range of the smart plug.
2. Use voice command to pair the plugs with Alexa Echo. No app is required for this step.

2. Controlling the Smart Plugs

To control the smart plugs using the Amazon Alexa App:

1. Download and install the Amazon Alexa App on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Open the app and sign in with your Amazon account.
3. From the app, you can remotely control the smart plugs, group them together, schedule their operation, set timers, and change their names.

3. Setting Timers

You can set timers for the smart plugs using either voice commands or the Alexa app:

• Voice Command Settings: Use Alexa Echo to set a timer by giving voice commands. For example, say “Alexa, turn on the first plug at 4:15 pm”.
• App Settings: Open the Alexa app, navigate to the smart plug settings, and set the desired timer.

4. Troubleshooting

If the smart plug doesn’t work, follow these steps:

1. Step 1: Repower the plug within 10 feet of the Alexa Echo and check if it starts working again.
2. Step 2: If the issue persists, reset the plug by pressing the button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes. Then perform voice pairing again.

Question 5: What can I do if the smart plug doesn’t work?
Answer: Please try the following steps.
Step 1: Repower the plug within 10 feet of the Alexa Echo , and check if the smart plug work well again.
Step 2: If not,reset the plug (press key for 5 seconds until the LED flashes) and do voice pairing again.

Question 6: How does it work under 5G wifi network?
Answer: The smart plug works under 5G network via Alexa Echo.

Question 7: What is its signal range?
Answer: The signal can reach 100 feet in an open environment. Obstacles such as walls or doors will reduce the distance, but the signal range can be expanded through BLE mesh.

Question 8: How to reset it?
Answer: Press the button for 5 seconds until the LED light flashes blue to enter pairing mode.

Question 9: How many plugs can one Alexa Echo support?
Answer: Within 10.

Question 10: Can smart plugs support Homekit, Google home, Smartlife,Smarthings? Answer:
Not supported, works with Alexa only.

Question 11: Can it work if only Alexa App but without Alexa Echo device?
