Storage and care of Lithium-Ion Batteries
Charge fully prior to each use Make sure to use correct charger. Ensure voltage and model number of charger suits your battery.
STORAGE:
Proper storage of your battery will help to maximise its life and power.
- Before storing the batteries, discharge them and charge them half way (Don’t fully charge).
- Disconnect battery from charger, do not plug into product.
- Store in a cool, dry environment, between 5ºC/41ºF to 20ºC/68ºF.
- Avoid longer periods of non-use. If the storage exceeds a long period, repeat the procedure of discharge and recharge halfway every 6 months! Storage and care of Lithium-Ion Batteries
CAUTION: Never leave batteries unattended while charging. Never leave charger in socket.
Safety Precaution
For recharging, only use supplied charger (H0163-0840120E (8,4V)).
The charger are designed for use in indoor conditions.
Keep away from children.
Never try to open the battery packs. Improper handling of the li-ion batteries
may cause explosion.
Damaged batteries must no longer be used and must be properly disposed of.
If damage to charging cables or other parts of the charger is found, do not
use. Do not make any modifications to battery or charger, and do not use it
for any unintended purposes. If damaged, dispose in accordance with local
regulations for electrical waste. Do not throw or dispose of batteries in open
fire, as it may explode.

Instructions for use
The batteries should be charged before first time use.
Prepare charger by installing the right adapter for your country on your
charger.
Connect the charger to the wall outlet (Socket). The charger indicator will
now light green. Connect batteries to the plug, the charger indicator will
light red while charging. When the light turns green, the battery is fully
charged. (About 4 hrs.)
Disconnect batteries from plug, and disconnect charger from socket.
Important note:
Recharge battery after every use. This extends service life of the batteries
and ensures that the device is always ready for use when you need it.
The battery consists of lithium ion cells and can be charged in every state.
The battery does not need to be fully drained before re-charging.
