Installation Tools Required
**Vehicle used for installation:**
Volkswagen Passat 2020 (B8) (Facelift)
Standard Stereo
Some differences may occur between different car and year models.
ZDSW7CS Installation
Tools required:
| 1. Door panel removal | 2. Turn the nut 90° degrees |

| 3. Unscrew the screw | 4. Remove the plastic cover panel and unscrew the |
screw
|
Tools required:
| 5. Remove the door panel (pull) | 6. Drill out the OEM speaker |
|---|---|
| 7. Disconnect the speaker connector | 8. Install the woofer |
Tools required:
| 9. Locate the OEM tweeter | 10. Remove the tweeter |
|---|---|
| 11. Tweeter installation | 12. In some cars the tweeter grill needs to be |
carefully removed
|
Tools required:
| 13. Tweeter grill removed | 14. Install the tweeter (push in place) |
|---|---|
| 15. Connect the tweeter connector | 16. Reassemble the door |
