JNY safety care Medifone Safety Pendant
Product Information
The Medifone Safety Pendant is a personal emergency device that has been pre-
programmed and is ready to use. It features a GPS function to provide your
location in case of an emergency. The pendant can be worn around the neck with
a lanyard or with an accessory that can be purchased separately. It also comes
with a charging cradle and a charging cable.
Product Usage Instructions
- Turn on the pendant by holding down the bottom side button until it vibrates.
- Take the pendant outside for a few minutes to obtain the GPS location. Wear it on the lanyard or with the accessory.
- Set up the charging cradle by attaching the small end of the charging cable to its back, and the other end of the cable to a wall plug. Insert the wall plug into a power point and turn it on. It is recommended to recharge the pendant every night by placing it on your bedside table for easy access.
- In case of an emergency, press and hold the SOS button on the pendant. The device will call your emergency contacts one by one until someone answers. It is advised to test the pendant every few months to ensure it is functioning properly.

Your pendant has already been programmed by us. It is working and ready to go! Follow these steps so you will be ready in an emergency.
Step 1
Turn your pendant on by holding down the bottom side button until it
vibrates, (See image below)
Step 2
Take the pendant outside for a few minutes to obtain the GPS location. Wear
the device however you like, whether on the lanyard around your neck or in the
accessory if You have purchased one.
Step 3
Set up the Medifone to charge by attaching the small end of the charging
cable to the back of the charging cradle and the other end of the charging
cable to the wall plug. Insert the wall plug into a power point and turn it
on.
TIP: A good habit is to recharge the pendant every night set up on your
bedside table, if you get up during the night it is next to you ready to wear.
Step 4
