Safety Instruction
- Please keep the device in a horizontal position.
- Please use the provided power adapter.
- Please keep the device away from the heat source to avoid any damage to the machine.
- Keep the device in a properly ventilated area.
- Please keep the device away from a damp and dusty environment to avoid fire and electric shock.
- Promptly shut down the device and unplug the power adapter if the machine starts emitting smoke or in case there is a burning smell coming out of the device.
- Please unplug the power adapter in case the device is not used for a longer time.
- Do not put any heavy stuff on the top of the device.
- Please avoid plugging the power adapter with wet hands.
- Please do not disassemble, or modify the device by yourself to avoid any shock or damage to the device.
- Do not use the damaged power cable and plug.
Installation Instructions
Please refer to below pictures and instructions to connect TV, Power, Network and other devices.

Connection with TV
Connect HDMI/AV cable to HDMI/AV port of the Android TV box and TV set. -
Connection with Power
Connect the power adapter to the Android TV box. -
Connection with network

If connect the network by wireless WIFI, you can select System Settings- Network Settings- Wireless Network, then select your wifi SSID, input the correct password to connect.

If connect the network by Ethernet, please plug the ethernet cable to the LAN port of the Android TV box, the other side to LAN port of the router or the Ethernet port of home broadband network.

Troubleshooting

TV has no display or no signal
Please Connect the power plug, and ensure a normal voltage electrical outlet. Check whether the HDMI/AV cable is connected correctly, and switch the signal input of the TV to the correct source. -
TV with images but without voice or low voice Check that the audio cable is correct and the volume of your box or TV is set to mute or low. Turn up the volume.

Fail to connect the network Please reconnect the internet, and check if the Wi-Fi is closed or the signal is too weak.
Please restart the Wi-Fi or adjust the position of the router. -
Controller failure
Use remote control in the correct direction. Please change the batteries when the remote control is with a low battery.
