Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Clamp Installation
- A. Clamp: Install the clamp to the desk with a desktop thickness between 10-50 mm.
- Step 1: Grommet Installation
- B. Grommet: Install the grommet through the desk with a desktop thickness between 10-55 mm. If there is an existing hole in the desktop, use part J to secure the grommet.
- Step 2: Attaching the Arms
- C. Upper Arm: Attach the upper arm to the lower arm.
- Step 3: Attaching the Crossbar
- D. Crossbar: Attach the crossbar to the arms.
- Step 4: Unscrewing
- E. Screws: Unscrew using one rotation. Do not unscrew too far.
- Step 5: Spacer Installation
- F. Steel Spacer: Install D6 (x3) steel spacers.
- G. Plastic Spacer: Install D6 (x3) plastic spacers.
- Step 6: Cable Cover Removal
- H. Cable Cover: Remove the cable cover.
- Step 7: Cable Routing
- I. Cable: Run the cable(s) through the cable cover.
- Step 8: Monitor Installation
- J. Monitor Mounting Screws: Install the monitors using the provided screws.
- Step 9: Cable Management
- K. Cable Management: Use the cable management clips to organize the cables.
- Step 10: Horizontal Alignment
For correct horizontal alignment, position the screens in the exact middle of the crossbar and place the monitor arm to the left side.

Installation
STEP 1
A Clamp
Install the clamp to the desk – for desktop thickness between 10-50 mm
B Grommet
Install the grommet through the desk – for desktop thickness between 10-55
mm.
STEP 2
Choose the desired rotation mode (full range or 180° lock) and attach the arm
to the base
STEP 3
Attach the upper arm to the lower arm
STEP 4
Attach the crossbar
STEP 5
Attach the handle
- Unscrew using one rotation.
- Do not unscrew too far
STEP 6
Attach the VESA plate to the screen
STEP 7
Place the decorative covers
STEP 8
Install the monitors
STEP 9
Adjust the gas spring
STEP 10
Remove the cable cover and run the cable(s) through the cover
STEP 11
Adjust the mount to the desired position
STEP 12
For correct horizontal alignment, position the screens in the exact middle of
the crossbar and place the monitor arm to the left side.

- The mount is designed for easy installation and removal. The manufacturer shall not be liable for damage to equipment or personal injuries arising out of human factors or acts of nature, such as earthquake or typhoon.
- It is recommended that the mount be installed by qualified personnel only.
- At least two persons are needed to install or remove the product to avoid hazard of falling objects.
- Please carefully inspect the area where the mount is to be installed:
- Avoid places that are subject to high temperatures, humidity or contact with water.
- Do not install the product near air conditioning vents or areas with excess dust and fumes.
- Only install on vertical walls and avoid slanted surfaces.
- Do not install in places subject to any shock or vibration.
- Do not install in places subject to direct exposure to bright light, as it may cause eye fatigue when viewing the display panel.
- Maintain sufficient space around the display to ensure adequate ventilation.
- To ensure safe installation, first check the structure of the wall, ceiling or floor and select a secure mounting location.
- The wall, ceiling or floor should be strong enough to sustain a weight of at least four times of the display and mount combined. The mounting location must be able to withstand earhquake or other strong shock.
- Do not modify any accessories or use broken parts. Contact your dealer with any questions.
- Tighten all screws (do not exert excessive force to avoid breaking the screw or damaging its thread).
- Drill holes and bolts will be left in the wall, ceiling or floor once the display and bracket are removed. Stains may occur after extended use.
- Since the manufacturer has no way to control the wall, ceiling or floor type and installation of the mount, the warranty of the product shall only cover the body of the mount. The warranty period of the product is 5 years.
