Product Usage Instructions

• Charge the watch for 2 hours before first use using the included charger.
• Make sure the Fit watch is fully charged for proper functionality.
• Search for ‘Flagfit 2.0’ in the App Store to download and install the app.
• Search for ‘Flagfit 2.0’ in the Google Play Store to download and install the app.
• Open the app, turn on Bluetooth on your phone, press ‘add new device’, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device.
• After successful pairing, personalize your app by entering personal information like sex, height, weight, and birthdate. Set your daily workout goals and sleeping targets within the app.
• Once connected to the app, tap on the sensor on the screen of your activity tracker to switch between different display modes for activities and sleep tracking.

Maintenance and Precautions

This product is not a medical device. Follow these precautions for proper maintenance:

• Clean the device regularly with a clean, moist cloth, especially the parts in contact with the skin.
• Avoid exposing the device to hot water or abrasive cleaners.
• Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• If the display is broken, discontinue the use of the product.

FAQ

• Q: Can I wear the device while swimming?
• A: The device has an IP67 waterproof rating, which means it is resistant to water splashes and brief immersion. However, it is not recommended for swimming or diving.
• Q: How do I reset the device?
• A: To reset the device, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the device powers off. Then, restart the device as usual.

DEVICE ACTIVATE & CHARGE

1. Please charge the watch for 2 hours before first use with the included charger. The charging method is illustrated below.
2. Make sure that the Fit watch is charged to work properly.

COMPATIBLE WITH BELOW VERSIONS

• Apple Store: IOS 8.0 & above
• Google Play store: Android 4.4 and above (most common models)
• Support BT 5.0

Before connecting with the app, please make sure the BT connection of your mobile device has been enabled.

PAIR THE DEVICE

1. Apple iPhone (IOS 8.0 and up), please search “Flagfit 2.0” in the App Store to download and install it.
2. Android phones (4.4 and up), please search “Flagfit 2.0” in the Google Play Store to download and install it.

Download the app by either scanning the QR code or searching for “Flagfit 2.0” and downloading in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

CONNECTING THE ACTIVITY TRACKER TO THE APP

Note: Turn on the BT on your phone and keep the watch near the phone while pairing.

• Please note: the screenshots are from versions of the APP due to updates of the new versions.
• Make sure the screen is on before pairing by tapping your finger to the device. This is a point touchscreen, which means that this activity tracker can only be removed by the sensor that is located within the square position on the screen.
• A single click on the sensor: to switch the interface or option Press and hold the sensor: to enter the chosen function or to turn on the device.

PAIR THE DEVICE
After you download the app, turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Open the app and press ‘add new device’. The app will find the activity tracker as ’Fit Watch’. The name of your personal activity tracker are to be found in the menu of the activity tracker. Scroll to ‘more’, hold the button for 3 seconds, and then select ‘info’ while holding the button for 3 seconds.

Note: The device must connect through the App.
Do not pair directly by BT on your mobile device.

CUSTOMIZE BRACELET

• After connecting successfully, you can personalize and adjust your app according to your personal information (sex, height, weight, and birthdate) and you can set your daily workout goals (sports target and sleeping target).

CHANGING MODUS

• Once the device is connected to the app successfully, it will immediately start recording and analyzing your activities and sleep automatically. Tap on the sensor on the screen of your activity tracker to switch into different display modes as follows:

• Tap on the device to change between the above display modes.

Home screen

• Here you can check the time, date, your daily steps, your burned calories, and the kilometer distance you walked.

Weather

• Press for 3 seconds to see detailed information about the weather today.

Heart rate monitoring

• Tap the screen to the heart rate icon to test your heart rate data, please wait around 10 to show your heart rate.

Blood pressure

• This function will measure the pressure of your blood.

Blood oxygen

• This function will measure the concentration of oxygen in your blood.

Messages

• Here you can check the messages you received.

Training

• Long press the button to select the training modus. Scroll through the different modes and select your training type by long-pressing the screen.

Stopwatch

• Long press to select the stopwatch modus and short press to start/pause. Long press to end stopwatch function.

PRESS MORE FOR EXTRA OPTIONS

Info:
Press for 3 seconds to see the firmware version number and Bluetooth address of the watch.

Brightness:
Press and hold to choose different brightness. There are 4 levels of brightness. hacker back to factory settings.

Restore Settings:
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to clear all the data in the bracelet. The data in the APP will be cleared on that day (other historical data will be retained).

Power OFF:
Press and hold for 3 seconds the button to switch off. The phone will shake at the same time (if the phone is in low power, it will not shake.)

APP FUNCTIONS

• To keep track of activities in the app, you must ensure that the synchronization function is on during the day. If this is not the case, the app cannot save your activity history. You can synchronize by opening the app daily.

Arrow

• Select to start a cumulative distance and time track

Step goal:

• Here you can see how many percent of your daily step goal you completed.

Sleep record:

• When you wear the watch during your sleep, you can here check information about your sleep.

Heart rate:

• Select heart rate and then press start to check your current heart rate.

Blood pressure:

• Select blood pressure and then press start to check your current blood pressure

Feature:

• Here you can change the settings of your bracelet

Profile:

• Here you can check if the app is connected to your bracelet, create an account and sign in, change your daily step goal and check the app version.
