• Marking with product code and number of parts on the apparent ribbons can be removed with cloth and alcohol.
• For complaints always have the product label with the batch number and manufacturing date at hand.

TOOLS FOR ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

LIST OF HARDWARE

INSTALLATION

1. To assemble the slides in the drawers, it is necessary to first separate the set

2. Lift the lock indicated in the drawing below and pull part 1 until they are completely separated.

3. Fix the TT angle bracket on the part 6 with the PP screws (3x12mm).

4. Insert parts 1 and 10 into part 6 and fix them using the PH screws (3.5x40mm).

5. Align the PE feet on the baseboards 2 and 3 and on the sides 1 and 10. Fix them with the PP screws (3x12mm).

1. Insert the dowels A (6x30mm) into parts 1 and 10.

2. Align the slide N on the markings of parts 1 and 10 and secure them with the PP screws (3x12mm).

3. Fix the TT angles on the tops of part 7 with the PP screws (3x12mm) and fit part 7 to parts 1, 6 and 10 fixing them with the PP screws (3x12mm).

1. Fit parts 9 between parts 1 and 10, then secure them with the PH screws (3.5x40mm).

1. Insert the dowels A (6x30mm) into parts 6 and 7.

2. Fit parts 2 and 3 between parts 1 and 10, then secure them with the PH screws (3.5x40mm).

1. Attach the minifix B (5x31mm) to part 4.
2. Fit part 4 to parts 1 and 10. Fit the minifix C tabs to parts 1 and 10 and turn them until they lock.
3. Glue the R stickers over the C drums.

1. Fit the pegs A (6x30mm) to the top of the parts 22.
2. Fix the drawer back 15 on the sides 22 with the screws PH (3,5x40mm).
3. Fit and fix the handle S with the screws PP (3x12mm) on the inner side of the drawer front 21.

1. Fit part 21 into the assembly assembled in the previous step.
2. Fix part 21 on the parts 22 using the TA angles with the PP screws (3x12mm).
3. Then align the bottom 16 on the assembly and fix it with the D nails.
4. Place the runner against the drawer front and bottom and fix it on the sides with the PP screws (3x12mm).

1. WARNING: Before fixing the bottom, check the product’s square.

2. Align the bottom 18 on parts 1, 3, 6 and 10 and fix them with D nails.

3. Fit the drawer through the runners.

ASSEMBLY

Assembly must be carried out according to the instructions in the assembly manual which is supplied with the product at the time of delivery. For proper use and conservation of this furniture, mistreatment should be avoided, such as hitting doors and drawers, dragging or scratching the furniture, excessive moisture or heat to avoid possible changes in its original color. Problems from improper use of the products as breaking of the furniture due to the excess weight by installation of granite, marble, and others will not be the responsibility of Notável Móveis

• The weight withstood by each shelf/drawer must comply with the values indicated in illustration.

It will not be responsibility of the Notável Móveis either problem from:

• Electrical or hydraulic installations.
• Actions of termites or other pests.
• Storage and moving of the furniture in inappropriate places and not  umigated periodically.
• Any trimming or alteration in thefurniture.
• Use of cleaning agents or abrasives not recommended.

UPKEEP AND CLEANING

For durability, it is recommended that the furniture be cleaned this way: In the outer parts (doors, sides and drawer front), inside, glass and mirrors, the cleaning should be done with  a cloth clean and lightly moistened with mild soap and water. Then a clean, dry cloth should be used. In case of transfer of the furniture to a different place, this can only be done by specialized professionals, and for the moving of the furniture it is necessary that it is lifted off the ground. It should not be dragged because malfunctions due to handle and moving are not covered by the warranty.

WARRANTY TERM

This warranty shall be applied within the time limits specified herein, by presentation of this certificate and invoice. In order for the product to be covered by the warranty provided in this document, the client should follow the following guidelines and precautions for assembly, maintenance and cleaning.
