Compliance and Safety
The T-23 Treadmill complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and Industry Canada
license-exempt RSS standards. It is designed to meet safety standards and
guidelines for residential use. However, Caution must be exercised when using
the equipment, especially for individuals with physical limitations or lack of
experience. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program.
Product Usage Instructions
Setting Up the Treadmill
- Ensure the equipment is placed on a flat, stable, and level surface.
- Leave at least 0.6 meters of clear area surrounding the treadmill.
- Inspect the equipment for any damage or wear before use. Replace defective components immediately or keep the equipment out of use until repaired.
- Read and follow all warnings and instructions provided in the user manual prior to using the treadmill.
Operating the Treadmill
- Connect the treadmill to a power source following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Refer to the user manual for information on the control panel and available settings.
- Start the treadmill at a slow speed and gradually increase the intensity as desired.
- Use the provided safety features, such as the emergency stop button and safety clip, to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain proper form and posture while using the treadmill to reduce the risk of injury.
- Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed during longer workout sessions.
Note : If you experience any issues with the treadmill or encounter interference with radio or television reception, refer to the troubleshooting section in the user manual or contact the appropriate customer support for assistance.
CAUTION
The equipment is intended for home use only (HC). Do not use the equipment in any commercial, rental, or institutional setting
- Use the equipment only as described in this manual. Consult your doctor before performing any exercise program
- Keep children and pets away from the device at all times.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 14 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children under 14 years old
- Ensure the equipment is on a flat, stable, and level surface with at least 0.6m of clear area surrounding the equipment
- Always wear appropriate exercise clothing and training shoes
- The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is examined regularly for damage and wear.
- Replace defective components immediately and/or keep the equipment out of use until repaired. Pay special attention to components most susceptible to wear. All warnings and instructions must be read and followed prior to use
- Keep hair, body, and clothing free and clear of all moving parts
- If at any time during exercise, you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, Stop exercising immediately and consult your physician
- Overexercising may result in serious injury or death
- Keep the equipment indoors, away from moisture and dust. Do not put the equipment in a garage or covered patio, or near water
- If any of the adjustment devices are left projecting, they could interfere With the user’s movement
- The equipment should be used only by persons weighing 150kg/330.7lb or less
- Heart rate monitoring system may be inaccurate
- Excessive exercise can lead to serious injury or death. Stop exercising immediately
- This equipment is for consumer use only
- Ensure a safety area of at least 2,000 mm x 1,000 mm behind the equipment

expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment. This device complies with Part 15

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down,
grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce
the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an
equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged
into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in
accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER – Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can
result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or
serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.
Do not modify the plug provided with the product – if it will not fit the
outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. This
product is for use on a nominal 120-V circuit and has a grounding plug that
looks like the plug illustrated in sketch A in Figure. Make sure that the
product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug.
No adapter should be used with this product.
GROUNDING METHODS
CONSOLE
INSTANT INCLINE
Press 0-6-15 to choose incline quickly.
INSTANT SPEED
Press 5/3,10/6,15/9 to choose speed quickly. (kph/mph)
INCLINE+/-
Increase/decrease incline during workout.
PROGRAM
Press the P button to choose from 24 built-in programs, 3 user-defined
programs, and body fat functions.
STOP/PAUSE
Press this button to either pause or stop the machine.
START
Press to start the treadmill, and the running belt will start moving.
MODE
Press this button to choose between time, distance, and calorie workout
targets.
SPEED+/-
Increase/decrease speed during workout.
BLUETOOTH MUSIC
The user can connect their device to the treadmill via Bluetooth and select
Adidas to play music. Adjust the volume of music from your device directly.
BLUETOOTH DONGLE
Insert DONGLE into port. Connect to DONGLE via Bluetooth using the APP and
your unique Adidas code “Adidas****
HANDLEBAR CONTROLS
SPEED+/-
Increase/decrease speed during workout.
INCLINE+/- ^/v
Increase/decrease incline during workout.
HAND PULSE
Hold onto the pulse sensors on the handlebars for about 3 seconds, the display
will show the heart rate value. This value is intended as a guide and can not
be used as medical data
COMPUTER PROGRAMS
MODE
- Press MODE to enter TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES
- Press SPEED+/- or INCLINE+/- to set the workout target value
- Press the START button, the treadmill will run after 3 seconds
- Press SPEED+/- and INCLINE+/- to adjust the speed and incline 24 BUILT-IN PROGRAMS
- From standby mode, press the P button, and the display will show 24 programs, Select a program
- Press SPEED+/- or INCLINE+/- to set the workout time
- Each program can be divided into 10 sections; the machine will beep 3 times When starting a new section
- Press SPEED+/- or INCLINE+/- to change the speed or incline during each section
- The machine will beep 3 times and stop when the program is finished
USER-DEFINED PROGRAMS
- From standby mode, press the PROG button until you see U1, U2, and U3;
- Press SPEED+/- or INCLINE+/- to set the time
- Press the MODE button to confirm and enter the next section, and repeat until you finish the setting of all 10 sections
- Press SPEED+/- or INCLINE+/- to change the speed or incline
- Set the running time and press START to begin BODY FAT TEST
- From standby mode, press P button until you get to FAT
- Press MODE to enter information
- Set value with SPEED+/- or INCLINE+/- from F-1 to F-4 (F-1 GENDER, F-2 AGE, F-3 HEIGHT, F-4 WEIGHT)
- Press MODE to enter F-5(F—5 BODY FAT TEST), hold hands on the hand pulse sensors, and the console will display your body fat value after 3 seconds
- The body fat value is intended as a guide, and is not medical data:

HOW TO TRANSFER BETWEEN KPH TO MPH
Under standby mode, insert the safety key, press the SPEED+, and INCLINE+
buttons together, and hold on for about 5 seconds until you hear one sound,
and then You can finish the transfer between kph and mph.
SAFETY LOCK FUNCTION
Under any mode, if you pull away the safety key, the machine will stop. The
machine cannot work until the safety key is inserted back.
SAFETY KEY
Included with this machine is a red safety key, the machine will not operate
unless this is inserted. Its purpose is to immediately stop the machine in the
event of an emergency. The computer will display “—” if not correctly attached
to the treadmill. The clip on the other end of the safety key must be attached
to the user at all times during your workout to ensure the machine stops
immediately in the event of an emergency.
POWER SAVE FUNCTION
This product is fitted with a power-saving mode which will activate if the
treadmill is inactive for a period of 10 minutes. To restart the treadmill
simply press any button.

POWER OFF
You can switch off the power to stop the treadmill at any time, which will not
cause any damage.
CAUTION
- We recommend that you maintain a slow speed at the beginning of a session and hold on to the handrails until you become comfortable and familiar with the treadmill
- Attach the safety key clip to your clothing
- To end your workout safely, press the STOP button or pull out the safety pulling the rope, then the treadmill will stop immediately
- In case you must escape the equipment in an emergency situation during exercising, grab the handrails and set both feet on the right and left foot platform beside the running belt

PLACE THE TREADMILL ON LEVEL GROUND AND SET IT AT 5-8KPH (3-5MPH) TO CHECK IF
THE RUNNING BELT DRIFTS IF THE RUNNING BELT MOVES TO THE LEFT, TURN THE BOLTS
ON
THE LEFT SIDE ¼ OF A‐TURN CLOCKWISE, THEN TURN THE RIGHT BOLT ¼ TURN COUNTER-
CLOCKWISE. IF THE BELT DOES NOT MOVE, REPEAT UNTIL IT CENTRE
