oase AquaOxy Air Pump
Product Information
The AquaOxy is a water gardening product available in three different models: 2500, 5000, and 7500. It is designed to provide aeration for ponds or water features. The product is equipped with a power plug, air outlet, hose nozzle, and a rubber adapter with two hose clamps. It is important to note that the unit carries hazardous electric voltage and should not be installed immediately adjacent to water to avoid the risk of injuries or death by electrocution. The unit should be installed in a flood-protected position at a minimum distance of 6.6 ft (2 m) from the water.
When using the AquaOxy, it is recommended to ensure that no water is flowing into the unit through the hoses as this can cause damage. Additionally, if the unit is switched off at intervals (e.g., via a timer) for several hours at a time, condensate may form on the inside, potentially damaging the unit. For interval operation, it is advised to install the unit in an enclosed space at room temperature.
It is normal for the metal components inside the unit to corrode at high humidity levels, but this does not affect the product’s functionality and is not covered under the guarantee or warranty.
