PROSLAT 63020 ProRack Optional Shelf
Product Information
This product is a shelf or tablette designed for assembly and installation. It is part of the ProRack system, manufactured by Proslat. The shelf is intended to be mounted on a wall using wall studs for proper support. It comes with various parts including A, B, C, D, E, F, I, J, N, and grill support bars.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting the assembly process, ensure that you have all the necessary tools required: 2 X (tool name)
- Read and understand the warning provided in the manual regarding the proper installation of the shelf into wall studs for safety.
- Start by installing part I on the inside of parts C and E using the existing bolt. Repeat the same process on the other side withpart J.
- Install part A between parts C and D using the existing bolt. Repeat the same process on the other side with part B.
- Connect one of the crossmembers F to parts I and A at the front of the shelf.
- Then, connect the same crossmember F to parts J and B at the front of the shelf.
- Connect the rear crossmember F by overlapping it with parts A and B. Use the last hole of parts A and B.
- Install two grill support bars N onto the shelf.
- Install the grids onto the shelf, ensuring that they overlap all four support bars.
- Finally, install lock pins at both ends of the shelf for added stability and safety.

Warning: ProRack must be installed into wall studs. It is the responsability of the installer to ensure that wall mounting surface and structure are sufficient in strength & capacity to support ProRack weight and its contents. Failure to observe these conditions may result in injury or death.
Step 1
Install part I on the inside of C & E using existing bolt. Repeat on the other
side with part J.
Step 2
Install part A between parts C & D using existing bolt. Repeat on the other
side with part B.
Step 3
Connect one of your crossmembers F to I & A. (front) Then, connect the same F
bar to J & B. Connect rear crossmember F by overlapping it with A & B parts.
Use last hole of A & B.
Step 4
Install two grill support bars N. Install grids. Make sure grids overlaps all
four support bars. Install lock pins at both ends.
