READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
M10-050-100-VA Single Side Burner Unit
WARNING INFORMATION
– Use Outdoors Only
– Read the instructions before using the appliance
– WARNING: accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children away
– This appliance must be kept away from flammable materials during use
– Do not move the appliance during use
– Turn off the gas supply at the gas cylinder after use
– Do not modify the appliance
– Ensure there is adequate clearance away from flammable materials
– Do not allow children to operate this barbecue
– BBQ specifications can be found on the data label attached on the back of
the trolley door
– Do not store or use petrol or other flammable vapors and liquids near the
bbq
– Do not store empty or full spare gas cylinders under or near the bbq
– Keep the gas hose and any electrical cord away from hot surfaces
– Avoid unnecessary twisting of the gas hose
– Visually inspect hose prior to each use for cuts, cracks, excessive wear or
other damage
– The hose must be replaced if damaged and when National Conditions require it
– Never light the bbq with the hood or lid closed
– Never lean over the cooking surface whilst lighting the bbg
– Use bbq tools with heat proof handles or good quality insulated oven mitts
when operating bbg
– Never alter or modify the regulator or gas supply assembly
TESTING FOR LEAKS – DO THIS BEFORE USING YOUR BBQ
NOTE – DO NOT test for gas leaks with an open flame. If you smell gas,
turn off at the source.
Before first use, at the beginning of each new season, or whenever a gas
cylinder is changed, you must check for gas leaks. Do so by:
– Turn on the gas cylinder.
– Tum all gas valves on the bbq to the OFF position.
– Brush a soap solution of one part liquid detergent and one part water to all
gas connections.
– The presence of bubbles indicates a leak. Tighten or repair as necessary.
– Under no circumstances should a naked flame be used to check for leaks.
– If a gas odour is prsent and no leaks can be found, do not use the bbg. Turn
the gas off at the source, disconnect the hose and immediately contact your
bbq dealer or place of purchase for assistance.
Please note that this single side burner modular will be only used with
BUFFALO 4 Burner gas BBQ (2000627) or BUFFALO 6 Burner gas BBQ (2000628) and
should be assembled on the right hand side of the gas BBQ.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Step 11 and Step 12 are to remove the side burner shelf,
side burner and bottle opener from the 4B/6B gas BBQ before assembling the
single side burner modular to the gas BBQ. The side burner injectt along with the S/S flexible pipe will get
into the single side burner modular through the holes on cabinet left side
panel as shown here.
Note: After completing the installation of the injector for side burner,
please run a leak testing for all the connection points. please refer to page
2 of this instructions for the detail of leak testing.
Do not use until you make sure there is no gas leakage.
The bottle opener on gas BBQ should be removed before the kitchen modular unit
is assembled on the right side of the gas BBQ; and then, the bottle opener can
be assembled on the cabinet right side panel of the modular unit as shown on
diagram a. Using the sink modular as the example, the
single side burner modular connects to the other modular by the cabinet
connection panels inside cabinet.
Please note that you also need the brackets for the modular connection in the
back of the appliances. Using the bracket for the connection
of the single side burner modular and the gas BBQ.
Using the bracket for the connection of the single side burner modular and
other modulars such as the sink modular.

This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you may
have under law: our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under
the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a
major failure and to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to
be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Any claim under this warranty must be made within 2 year of the date of
purchase of the product. Proof of purchase must be presented.
CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY
– The product is warranted for a period of 2 year from date of purchase.
– Proof of purchase must be supplied when applying for warranty.
– The operating manual must be retained in a safe place.
– The appliance must be operated and maintained in accordance with the
instructions supplied in the operating manual.
– Any repair does not extend the warranty period.
– Any parts other than original parts will void this warranty
INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
– All installations must conform to the applicable Gas, Electrical and
Building standards as laid down by the local codes for state or region.
– If the appliance is changed to natural gas (if applicable), it must be
converted and installed by a licensed gas fitter.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY
– Removal or re-installation costs. This warranty does not cover costs for
transit, nor in home service.
– No liability will be accepted for loss or damage during transit.
– Lack of maintenance, abuse, neglect, misuse, accidental or improper
installation of this appliance.
– Scratches, dents, corrosion or discoloration caused by heat, abrasive
chemical cleaners or chipping of porcelain enamel parts.
– Rusting of cast iron plates, grills or burners.
– Cleaning and wear and tear – service calls of this nature are chargable
– Corrosion or damage caused by exposure to the elements such as insects,
weather, hail or grease and fat fires.
– Commercial use of this appliance.
– Unauthorized repairs or modifications during the warranty period.
– Glass breakage due to misuse or overheating.

Note: the serial number is located on both the outside of the packing
