Safety instructions
This light stand is intended to be used for the stable mounting and height- adjustable positioning of spotlights. Use the device only as described in this user manual. Any other use or use under other operating conditions is considered to be improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. No liability will be assumed for damages resulting from improper use.
This device may be used only by persons with sufficient physical, sensorial, and intellectual abilities and having corresponding knowledge and experience. Other persons may use this device only if they are supervised or instructed by a person who is responsible for their safety.

DANGER
Risk of injury and choking hazard for children!
Children can suffocate on packaging material and small parts. Children can
injure themselves when handling the product. Never allow children to play with
the packaging material and the product. Always store packaging material out of
the reach of babies and small children. Always dispose of packaging material
properly when it is not in use. Never allow children to use the product
without supervision. Keep small parts away from children and make sure that
the product does not shed any small parts that children could play with.
CAUTION
Danger of tipping when transported under load
If the stand is moved without having removed the installed device, the
stand may tip over and cause injuries and property damage. Remove the
installed device before transporting the stand.

Danger of tipping on unsuitable surfaces
When the speaker stand is installed on soft or uneven ground, the stand may
tip over and cause injuries and property damage. Install the stand only on
even and solid surfaces.
CAUTION!
Danger of tipping due to overload
In case of overload, the stand may tip over and cause injuries and property
damage. Never exceed the maximum load capacity specified for the stand.
CAUTION!
Danger of tipping from excessive or one-sided loading
In case of excessive or one-sided loading of the truss beam the tripod might
tip over, causing injury and property damage. Never exceed the specified
maximum load for the truss beam. Spread the mounted spotlights evenly on the
truss beam.
NOTICE!
Possible staining
The plasticiser contained in the rubber feet of this product may possibly
react with the coating of your surface and after some time cause permanent
dark stains. In case of doubt, do not put the rubber feet directly on the
surface and use a suitable underlay if necessary, i.e. felt pads or similar.

Operating
Unpack and check carefully there is no transportation damage before using the product. Keep the equipment packaging. To fully protect the product against vibration, dust and moisture during transportation or storage use the original packaging or your own packaging material suitable for transport or storage, respectively.

When installing and operating, make sure to follow the standards and

Assembly
- Unfold the feet of the tripod until the cross braces are in a horizontal position.
- Fix this position with the safety screw on the slider to which the three feet are attached.
- Loosen the safety screw on the crossbar mounting at the upper end of the stand, attach the crossbar and tighten it with the safety screw on the mounting.
- Pull out the two safety bolts and loosen the two safety screws on the extension tubes.
- Pull out the upper extension tube to the desired height, insert the safety pin through the appropriate grid holes and slide the safety cotter through the hole in the safety bolt.
- Fix the position of the upper extension tube with the safety screw on the upper tube clamp.
- Pull out the lower extension tube to the desired height, insert the safety pin through the appropriate grid holes and slide the safety cotter through the hole in the safety bolt.
- Fix the position of the lower extension tube with the safety screw on the lower tube clamp.
- Tighten the Allen screws on the upper and lower tube clamps with the supplied Allen key.
- Attach up to four spotlights to the crossbar. Observe the instructions of the respective manufacturers. The maximum load capacity of 18 kg in total must not be exceeded
Dismounting
- Remove the spotlight(s).
- Loosen the Allen screws on the upper and lower tube clamp using the supplied Allen key.
- Loosen the safety cotter and pull out the safety bolt on the lower extension tube.
- Loosen the safety screw on the lower tube clamp and slide the lower extension tube all the way down.
- Tighten the safety screw on the lower tube clamp.
- Loosen the safety cotter and pull out the safety bolt on the upper extension tube.
- Loosen the safety screw on the upper tube clamp and slide the lower extension tube all the way down.
- Tighten the safety screw on the upper tube clamp.
- Loosen the safety screw on the crossbar mounting and detach the crossbar.
- Loosen the safety screw on the slider to which the three feet are attached.
- Fold up the feet of the tripod.
- Pack all parts of the system in their original package, as possible, and store the package in a dry place protected against moisture.

Protecting the environment
Disposal of the packaging material
For the transport and protective packaging, environmentally friendly materials have been chosen that can be supplied to normal recycling.
Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of.
