Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure good ventilation and place the refrigerator on an even level.
- Avoid exposing the refrigerator to fire, rain, or dangerous environments.
- Read and understand the safety instructions provided in the manual.
- Check that the power switch on the control panel is set to the desired power source (AC, DC, or GAS).
- Connect the AC connecting cable to a 220-240V AC voltage mains.
- If using the gas function, connect the gas cylinder as per the preparation instructions.
- Turn the thermostat clockwise to set the desired temperature.
- Wait for approximately 2 hours for significant cooling temperature to be reached.
- Adjust the thermostat to prevent freezing of stored food or drinks if operating at low room temperatures.

Safety Instructions
General safety
WARNING!
- Do not operate the device if it is visibly damaged.
- If this device’s power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, customer service or a similarly qualified person in order to prevent safety hazards.
- This device may only be repaired by qualified personnel. Improper repairs can lead to considerable hazards.
- This device can be used by children aged 8 years or over, as well as by persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental capacities or a lack of experience and/or knowledge, providing they are supervised or have been taught how to use the device safely and are aware of the resulting risks.
- Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
- Children must not play with the device.
- Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
- Always keep and use the device out of reach of children under the age of 8 years.
- Do not store any explosive substances such as spray cans with a flammable propellant in the device.

Safety Instructions
NOTICE!
- Check that the voltage specification on the type plate corresponds to that of the energy supply.
- Only connect the device as follows:
- With DC cable to a DC plug socket in a vehicle (e. g. cigarette lighter)
- Or with AC power supply connection cable to AC mains supply.
- Never pull the plug out of a socket by the cable.
- If the cooler is connected to a DC socket: Disconnect the device and other power consuming devices from the battery before connecting a quick charging device.
- If the device is connected to a DC socket: Disconnect the device or switch it off when you turn off the engine. Otherwise you may discharge the battery.
- The cooling device is not suitable for transporting caustic materials or materials containing solvents.
- The cooling device contains inflammable cyclopentane in the insulation. The gases in the insulation material require special disposal procedures. Deliver the device at the end of its life cycle to an appropriate recycling facility.
Operating the device safely CAUTION!
- Before starting the device, ensure that power supply line and plug are in dry condition.

- Do not fill the inner compartment with ice or fluid.

Intended use
Power Switch on Control Panel
The fridge is suitable for use at home (AC main supply), or designed to be operated from a 12 V ⎓ on-board supply socket of a vehicle (e. g. cigarette lighter), boat or caravan. Or by gas connect with gas cylinder so before you choose and operate It, Please read carefully the preparation of the power connecting and Shutting it down when you are going to power off.
Operation
CAUTION! Health hazard!
Please check if the cooling capacity of the device is suitable for storing the
food, beverage or medicine you wish to cool.
Function description
The cooler can chill products, keep them cool. A maintenance-free refrigerant circuit with compressor provides cooling function. The extra strong insulation and powerful compressor ensure especially fast cooling. The cooler is portable or build in with absorption cooling systems.
Scope of function
- Use the power switch to choose the function in AC, DC or GAS.
- Then next to power is the AC Thermostat and MAX is the best cooling. If you cool the wine or lower temp required just turn to MIN to set desired temperature. (only for compressor mode)

Operation
Before initial use
NOTE
Before starting your new cooler for the first time, you should clean it inside
and outside with a damp cloth for hygienic reasons (please also refer to the
chapter “Cleaning and maintenance on page 13).
NOTICE! Danger of overheating!
Ensure at all times that there is sufficient ventilation so that heat that is
generated during operation can dissipate. Ensure that ventilation slots are
not covered. Make sure that device is sufficiently far away from walls and
other objects so that air can circulate.
- Place the cooler on a stable & firm foundation.
- Make sure that ventilation slots are not covered and that heated air can dissipate.
NOTE
Place the cooler as shown (fig. 1, page 3). If you operate the cooler in a
different position it can get damaged.
NOTE
Opening the lid for long periods can cause a significant increase of
temperature in the cooling compartment of the cooler.
NOTICE! Danger from excessively low temperature!
Ensure that only those objects are placed in the cooler that are intended to
be cooled at the selected temperature.
Energy saving tips
- Choose a well-ventilated installation location which is protected against direct sunlight.
- Allow warm food or beverages to cool down first before placing them in the cooler to keep them cool.
- Do not open the cooler more often than necessary.
- Do not leave the cooler open longer than necessary.
- Defrost the cooler once a layer of ice forms.
- Avoid unnecessarily low temperatures.
Using the cooler
Power Selector (turning knob)
Below the control panel in brand new opening, it will be in OFF
Power to AC 230 /50HZ
DANGER! Danger of electrocution!
- Never handle plugs and switches with wet hands or if you are standing on a wet surface.
- If you are operating your cooler on board a boat from a mains AC power supply connection of 220 ~ 240 V, you must install a residual current breaker between 220 ~ 240 V AC mains and the cooler. Seek from a trained technician.
- The cooler must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the device.
Plug the 220~240 V connection cable into the 220 ~ 240 V AC voltage mains.
- Turn the thermostat clockwise from ” min-max” position.
- Set temperature: turn the thermostat clockwise to require position.
- In about 2 hours after operation you will see the significant cooling temperature in about 5C degree. If It is operating low room temperature you can consider to adjust MAX to half way or MIN that is avoiding your storage food fresh vegetable or drinks get freezing.
NOTE! AC thermostat only adjust the temperature in AC For the AC connection please check the voltage is AC off just turn the power to the OFF position then the power
Connecting to a battery DC 12V (vehicle or boat)
Only select one power i.e. DC then turn to the power switch to DC Battery sign. Then plug in the DC cigar lighter plug onto your motor home, caravan or automobile. (do not connect 220-240V is the AC function with the detachable AC plug head from fridge) There is a fuse on the DC plug head to prevent the overloading of power of the battery. Always to be sure the connecting the of cable & battery in a proper spec. You can also find the power rating on the label put on the back side next to the DC connector.When you are not using the fridge please turn to power off to avoid the continuously operation of the fridge will dry out your battery supply or let your car engine doesn’t work. There is no DC thermostat on the fridge so in extremely low ambient temperature please do not use the fridge to avoid freezing or damaging the storage of food, fresh vegetable, fruit or drinks.
NOTE ! DC off just turn the power to the OFF position then the power cut off. Then take out to disconnect the power of AC completely.
Disconnect the cooler and other consumer units from the battery before you connect the battery to a quick charging device. Overvoltage can damage the electronics of the device.
- Plug the 12 V connection cable into the DC voltage socket and also
- into the cigarette lighter or a 12 V socket.
- Switch the power knob to the DC Battery sign position
- The fridge starts cooling the interior
Connecting of Gas supply
- The correct connection of the fridge has to be carried by a skilled specialist.
- Only use cylinders of propane or butane gas (not natural gas or city gas) with an approved pressure reduction valve and suitable head. Be assure the gas pressure to be correct on regulator. Only operate the fridge at the pressure shown on the type of plate.
- Always operate the fridge in Gas mode in a good ventilation or outdoor
- To avoid rain or water to spill Into the fridge as it is working by burner system on back side of fridge.
- Do not operate the gas connection in an underground or closed area. Do not operate the gas fridge directly under the sunshine.
- The appliance can be used with gas cylinder of weights between 4.5 to 15 kg butane and 3.9 to 13 kg propane
Insert battery for the Gas Ignition (replacing battery)
Place the battery AAA type into the battery rack on the base of the control
panel bar.
Without the battery the gas ignition would not work !
Do not connect the other power source (AC, DC) as you are
operating the gas.
Turning on the Gas
To connect the fridge to the pressure-regulator on an APPROVED FLEXIBLE GAS
TUBE must be used. This must not be longer than 1 Meter and should have a
flexible gas tube inside dimension 8mm. The tube must not be twisted! Ensure
that the tube is not obstructed, kinked, or in contact with any part of the
barbecue other than at its connection.
The pressure-regulator must be compatible for Butane (28mbar) or for Propane (37mbar). Use a suitable regulator certified to EN 16129: 2013. To connect the pressure regulator to the gas cylinder, the valve of Cylinder must be closed. Connect the pressure-regulator to the cylinder by screwing .
- Turn the power to Gas position then press the Ignition
- For the first time and brand new fridge you may press for a while in possible 30-40 second.
- After that by time to time the Ignition by pressing button will be shorter in 7-8 second
Replace battery
- When you hear the ignition sound very weak or even no sound or sparking it should be the battery dry out or disconnected. Please replace a new battery.
TURN ON
Turn on your regulator and follow below 3 step. For the first time to Tune on
the gas connection you have to press for a longer time to let the air come out
from your regulator hose. Then you can ignite the gas in short time.
Switch to Gas Position as below
Press the 2. GAS igniting push button & hear sparking Until you will see the
3. Gas indicator pin moves to green level If necessary you can watch the flame
from the vent of the burning system on the bottom of the rear of fridge.
TURN OFF
Disconnec t by shut down of your gas regulator on your gas tank. Turn power
switch to OFF position then the flame will extinguish.
Switching off the cooler
- Empty the cooler.
- Switch off the cooler.
- Pull out the connection cable.
If you do not want to use the cooler for a longer period of time:
- Leave the cover slightly open. This prevents odor build-up.
Defrosting the cooler
Humidity can form frost in the interior of the cooling device or on the
vaporizer. This reduces the cooling capacity. Defrost the device from time to
time to avoid frosting.
NOTICE! Danger of damage! Never use hard or pointed tools to remove ice or to loosen objects which have frozen in place.
To defrost the cooler, proceed as follows:
- Take out all contents from the cooler and place them in another cooling device to keep them cool If necessary.
- If necessary, place them in another cooling device to keep them cool.
- Shut off the cooler.
- Leave the cover slightly open and wipe off defrosted water or/and pull out drain plug (fig 6. 1).
Replacing the DC plug fuse (12V)
- Pull off the DC cigar plug head
- Unscrew the screw from the upper half of the housing.
- Carefully raise the upper half of the housing from the lower.
- Take out the contact pin
- Replace the defective fuse (with a new one that has the same rating (10A, 250 V).
- Re-assemble the plug in the reverse order.
Completely Shutting down gas operating
Switch to OFF o position (as below) then the gas supply will close down. Remember close gas cylinder or gas regulation supply that is completely disconnected.
Manual Defrosting
When you find there are too mush ice on the evaporator hinders cooling of the fridge, then remove all the stuff and drinks from the fridge. First turn off the fridge and let the ice melted. After defrosting, clean up & dry out the fridge by clean cloth. To prolong the fridge you should turn off the fridge when you are not using it and keep the door open when you let the fresh air come into compartment.
Clearance & Maintenance
WARNING!
Always disconnect the device from the power supply before you clean and
service it.
NOTICE! Risk of damage
- Never clean the cooler under running water or in dish water.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or hard objects during cleaning as these can damage the cooler.
- Regularly clean the device interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
- Make sure that the air inlet and outlet vents on the device are free of any dust and dirt, so that heat can be released, and the device does not get damaged.
NOTICE!
Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with food to maintain proper
hygiene.
NOTICE!
If the cooler is left empty for long periods, switch off, defrost, clean, dry,
and leave the lid open to prevent mold developing within or on Cthe cooler.
Guarantee & After-sales service
The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please contact your near service center. The guarantee does not cover any damage due to improper use. The Guarantee does not cover any modification to the appliance or the use of nonoriginal Cool Concept spare parts.
For repair and guarantee processing, please include the following documents when you send in the device:
- A copy of the receipt with purchase date
- A reason for the claim or description of the fault

Disposal
Place the packaging material in the appropriate recycling waste bins wherever possible. If you wish to dispose of the product, ask your local recycling center or specialist dealer for details about how to do this in accordance with the applicable regulations.
