Product Usage Instructions

Before using the LED Santa Tinsel Rope Light, carefully read the instructions and warnings provided in the user manual.
This product is designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
Ensure that the transformer is plugged into a mains supply indoors. Do not plug it outdoors or in damp conditions.

This product can be used in complete safety both indoors and outdoors, but please ensure that the transformer is plugged into the mains supply indoors and not outdoors, or in damp conditions

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This product is fitted with Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) connected in a series and parallel arrangement.
Carefully remove from packaging taking care not to damage or twist the wires.
Make sure that the cable is completely unravelled and that there are no snags in the cable.
Secure the light to the ground using the 4 ground pegs provided.
To operate, plug the transformer into mains supply, indoors.

Non-replaceable Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs): Rating – 3V 0.03W

TRANSFORMER

This product is supplied with a DC 5V 3VA transformer and should only be used with this transformer

FOR SAFETY’S SAKE

It is very important that the product is NEVER DIRECTLY connected to the mains supply without the transformer.
Do not completely cover the LED with decorations and other flammable materials. Ensure adequate airflow around each LED.
Do not damage the insulation of cable or LED holder.
Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails.
Do not close doors or windows on the wiring as this may damage the wiring insulation.
Do not lay the cable under carpet or where it can be damaged.
Ensure that cables are fully unwound and sited where they will not become damaged or present a tripping hazard.
Do not connect this product electrically to any other product.
Do not connect the product to the mains supply while it is in the packaging.
Do not allow any plastic part to come into contact with heat or flame.
Do not unscrew or twist the LED.
Transformers will become warm during use so should be positioned on flat, stable and heat resistant surfaces.
Unplug the product when leaving the house, when retiring for the night or if left unattended.
Do not overload wall sockets. Use different sockets around the house to plug in multiple lights to balance the load.
