R9 Wifi Doorbell Visual Door App
The user guide is for reference only. Screenshots displayed in this users
guide of the”UBOX”app may appear differently than those currently featured in
your app as frequent updates and improvements.
WIFI Device Connection
APP INSTALLATION
- Scan the following QR code or seach for lUBox’ from the App Store(for OS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android smartphones) to download and install the app.

APP REGISTRATION

Open the app then input your E-mail address then press ‘Register’. Check and select to agree the agreement then your E-mail box will get anverification mail.

Set the login password and confrim the login password then press ‘Register’ to next step.

We send a verify mail to you, go to your mail box click the link to complete the verification.

Enter your E-mail address. and password, click login. (APP will auto fill the account infomaion)
WI-FI CONNECTION

Press ‘Add Family then set the room or position as per reminders.

Enter your family name and then press ‘Next’.

Input the necessary information just like Country. Province then press tone’

Press ‘Add a device’ to add a smart device

Connect the device with power supply, and make sure your mobile phoneis connected to an available Wi-Fi. Then press ‘Setup device’.

After the power on the device, wait for the device bule LED are blinking Which means your device in pairing mode.

If the device blue are not blinking-please press the power/Call key to wake up the device first, then hold and press the RESET button. The device will reboot and enter the pairing state.

Set the device name and select the device loaction befroe set up.

The app will input the Wi-Fi name automatically, please input the Correct WI-Fi Password.Then you can choose the’CR code configuration’ or ‘Soundwave configuration.

QR code configuration: Select the OR code configuration then the mobile phone display a QR code. Use the device to scan to the OR code 10cm away from the mobile phone

The device will enter to the device list automatically. Setup success! The device is ready to Use.

Notes about PIR detection ‘User can change the PIR detection sensitivity in device setings. we recommend to set sensitivityal ‘Disabled’ or ‘Low’ to reduce flaw alret and save the battery power In noisy ervirenments.
Disabled: disabled PIR detection
Low: deleay 7 seconds PIR detects a moving
- Medium: deleay 5 seconds PIR detects a moving.
- High: deleay 1 second PIR detects a moving.
USING THE APP

- The device is equipped with rechargeable lithium batteries. The battery life is often affected by device monitoring. Therefore, the alarm detection function of the device is used in crowded environments. It is recommended to turn off the device or set it to low sensitivity to reduce device wake-up and extend battery life.
- Place the device within the signal range of the Wi-Fi router. If there must be thick or insulated objects between the device and the Wi-Fi router, this may cause weak Wi-R signals. Please ensure that the Wi-Fi signal is at a good level when using the device.
- It is a delicated device with low power consumption design. Every-time the device is awakened and will work for few seconds. After that, the device will enter standy mode to save power. You can set the work time in the app settings.
- This device provides one month of free cloud storage and face recognition services. If you need to continue using value-added services after the trial period expires, you need to purchase them in the app.
Click the ‘Calendars icon on the right top corner , then choose the date to
playback the vicoes from cloud storage.
Choose the desired date to check all videos from the cloud.
