Product Information
The product is the Y CALEVFEANCTTILOARDOR 2 EN 1 VENTILADOR CALEFACTOR AIR HEAT 3 WIFI. It is a combination fan and heater with WiFi capability. The brand is Britec, and more information can be found on their website at www.britec.com. The device has a power rating of 25W and 1000W in different\ modes. It features a panel of control buttons, a remote control, and various settings for power, fan speed, light, swing, and mode. The unit includes an air outlet, control panel, motor, and a rotating base.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Unpack the device and place it on a flat surface. Keep the packaging for storage purposes and possible transportation.
2. For optimal performance, avoid placing the device in areas with high air filtration and movement to prevent warm air from being exhausted.
3. Position the device near a warmer inside wall and direct the output toward a cooler outside wall. This allows for more efficient heating as the cooler outside wall draws the generated heat towards itself.
4. If possible, close or cover cold air returns when placing the device next to them to prevent the heat from being drawn away from the desired area.
5. Maintain a minimum relative humidity of 40% in the heated environment for maximum efficiency.
6. In isolated areas (such as bases or recreation areas), close the delivery registers and air return grills of the existing system to concentrate the heat in that area.
7. Consider setting your central heating system to a lower temperature and placing the device in the area where you spend most of your time. Adjust the device settings according to your comfort.
8. When heating larger areas, place the device in a central location. If there is a ceiling fan nearby, use it simultaneously to help distribute the heat evenly.
9. Clean the filter more frequently if the device is used in extremely dirty or dusty areas to prevent clogging and potential \heater malfunction.
10. Keep in mind that the device grill becomes hot during use. Avoid touching the hot surface with bare skin and keep combustible \materials (furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, curtains) at least three feet away from the front, sides, and rear of the device.
11. Exercise extreme caution when using the heater around children or individuals with limited mobility. Never leave the device operating unattended.

RECOMMENDATIONS
To ensure the maximum performance of the device, please note the following recommendations:

1. For best result, do not locate the device in an area with a high rate of air fi ltration and movements as the warm air will be exhausted
2. Try placing the device near a warmer inside wall and direct the output toward a cooler outside wall. The cooler outside wall will tend to draw the generated heat toward itself, which will allow for more efficient heating.
3. Placing the device next to a cold air return will draw the heat away from the area to be the climate. Try closing or covering the cold air return. This will allow for more efficient heating.
4. To ensure maximum effi ciency, a 40% (minimum) relative humidity should be maintained in the heated environment.
5. When the device is placed in an isolated area (basement, recreation area…) the delivery registers and air return grills of the existing system should be closed in that area if possible.
6. In rooms with large areas of bare concrete, try placing the device a few feet above the floor. Make sure the device is secure and won´t fall. This will allow for more efficient heating since concrete acts as a heat sink and will tend to draw the heat in its direction.
7. Try setting your central heating system to a lower temperature and placing the device in the area where you spend most of your time. Now set the device to your control level.
8. When heating larger areas, place the device in a central location, if a ceiling fan is nearby, try using it at the same time to help distribute the heat evenly.
9. If used in an extremely dirty or dusty area, the fi lter must be cleaned more frequently as it can clog and cause the heater to stop working.
10. The device grill is hot when use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surface. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least three feet from the front of the device And keep them away from the sides and rear.
11. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the device is left operating and unattended.
12.  To disconnect the device, press power button to “off ”, then remove plug from the outlet once it has stopped running.
13.  Always unplug device when not in use.

USING INSTRUCTION

1. Unpackage device. Put the unit on fl at the surface. Please, keep the package for off -season storage and any transportation needs.
2. Put your unit on the table or a fl at the surface.
3. Plug the power cord directly into an unused grounded 220-volt 10amp or higher circuit receptacle.
4. After plugging in power, unit will go into Standby mode, Power indicator will turn on and the WIFI indicator will blink, you can choose to connect it to WIFI or not, please see WIFI function part for more information.
5. Press the Power button to turn on the unit then all indicators will turn on except the Swing indicator, it will turn on after you set the swing angles.
6. Under the working conditions, you could change different mode (Ventilation-Low Heating- High Heating) by pressing the Mode button, the indicator will show on accordingly. You could press the Fan speed button to set diff erent fan speed levels under diff event modes as bellow:
   • Fan speed level under Ventilation Mode. Level 1 to 10
   • Fan speed level under Low heating Mode. Level 4 to 10
   • Fan speed level under High Heating Mode. Level 6 to 10
7. Press Light Button on both control panel and remote control to turn on the Reading Lamp, it has two different luminances, you could change it by press the Light button either under Standby condition or Working condition.
8. Press the Swing button to choose the swing angles, you could set 60, 90, 180 degrees or turn it off , the indicator will turn on accordingly after you set the angles.
9. Unit has Memory function to memorize the settings before you turn off the unit except the Light setting, you will need to set it again after you turn on the unit.
10. The unit will continue to work for around 25 seconds after you turn off the unit when it is working under Heating Mode to cool the unit.
11. Unit has a Tip-over switch to ensure safety, if the unit is tilted over 45 degrees over 3 seconds, then unit will turn off automatically, after you make it upright over 3 seconds then you could turn on the unit again.

Caution: Please do not cover the air inlet and outlet during working conditions.
Caution: Unplug the power cord if you do not use the unit for long time.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

1. Turn off the unit and unplug the power cord before you clean the unit.
2. Use wet soft cloth to clean the unit surface.
3. Pack the unit into the package and keep it in a dry place.
4. Do not use water to clean the unit directly.
5. Do not use any detergent or chemicals to clean the unit in case the chemicals cause a color change or material change.

(Please do not disassemble the unit by yourself and fi nd professionals to repair it)

WIFI FUNCTION

The WIFI indicator will blink automatically when you turn on the unit, it will keep blinking for 3 minutes for connecting. The indicator will turn off automatically if you do not connect WIFI, you will need to turn the unit off and turn it on again to connect the unit to WIFI when the indicator is blinking. Note: The unit is equipped with two pairing modes that can be distinguished by the fl ashing speed of the WIFI indicator. Pairing can only be completed when the WIFI indicator is fl ashing fast which is default mode. To switch pairing mode when the WIFI indicator is fl ashing slowly, you need to press Light/WIFI button on the control panel for 3 seconds to change the mode. Scan the above QR code to download the APP, enter your e-mail address and complete the registration.

Connect to WIFI

1. Once registered, click “add device” on the main screen or use the “+” button in the top right corner to add a new device.
2. Choose “Small Home Appliance “in the left part with different appliance catalogs.
3. Choose “Heater (Wi-Fi)”.
4. Connect to your preferred WIFI network and enter the corresponding password.
5. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the pairing process.
