Product Usage Instructions

To install the AH12E15D5B electric heater, follow these steps:

1. Measure the wall case dimensions A and C, which should be 70 inches and 30 inches respectively.
2. Ensure the wall opening dimensions are appropriate by adding 1/4 inch to A and C dimensions for all cut-outs. The minimum required dimensions are 16-1/4 inches in height and 42-1/4 inches in width.
3. Connect the unit to a 230/208 Volt power source using the line cord.
4. Take note of the heater specifications:
   • Heater Watts: 5,000 / 4,100
   • Heater BTU: 15,000 / 12,000
   • Heater Amps: 22.3 / 20.1
   • Minimum Circuit: 30 Amps
   • Recommended Protective Device: 30 Amp Time-Delay Fuse or Breaker
5. Ensure the electrical circuit can support the required amps and install a 30 Amp time-delay fuse or breaker as the recommended protective device.
