- Never work on, around, or under a vehicle supported by vehicle-moving dollies.

- Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly and use.
- Keep clear of the load’s path while placing it on and removing it from the dollies, and while moving.
- Do not use the Auto Dolly Set for aircraft purposes.
- Inspect the Auto Dolly Set before every use; do not use if any parts are loose or damaged.
- Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden road movement may briefly create excess load causing product failure.
- Use Vehicle Dollies to support the FRONT or REAR end of the vehicle. Do not use Dollies to support one side of the vehicle. Use four Dollies (two pairs) to support the entire vehicle.
- Read the vehicle owner’s manual and instruction manual for the Jack (not included) for proper jacking positions before use.
- Assemble the Auto Dolly Set only according to the provided instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
- Keep the assembly area clean and well lit.
- Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
- Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of drugs or medication.
- The weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to a properly and completely assembled product only.
- Position the Dollies so that the rails re parallel to the wheels.
- Make sure the sides of tires do not press against the Dolly edges.
- Move the supported vehicle carefully and slowly. Keep all people and body parts out of the path of the moving vehicle.
- Keep the lifting area free of spectators and do not allow anyone into the vehicle while it is on the Dollies.

Product Usage Instructions

- Find a hard, level surface capable of supporting the load and place the Auto Dollies in the desired position.
- Make sure the vehicle wheels are centered and secure before moving the vehicle onto the Dollies.
- Activate the wheel and/or caster-locking devices on each Dolly after moving a vehicle to ensure stability.
- Never perform any work on, around, or under a vehicle supported by the Auto Dollies.
- The Auto Dolly Set is intended for transporting purposes only and should not be used for aircraft purposes.
- Inspect the Auto Dolly Set before every use. If any parts are loose or damaged, do not use the product.
- When placing the load on and removing it from the Dollies, and while moving, keep clear of the load’s path to avoid any accidents.
- Use four Dollies (two pairs) to support the entire vehicle, placing them under the FRONT or REAR end of the vehicle.
- Prior to using the Auto Dolly Set, refer to the vehicle owner’s manual and instruction manual for the Jack (not included) to determine the proper jacking positions.
- Assemble the Auto Dolly Set according to the provided instructions. Improper assembly can lead to hazards.

- Position the Dollies so that the rails are parallel to the wheels of the vehicle.

Assembly and Use Instructions

Insert Swivel Caster with Lock (2) through holes in V-Platform (1).

Fasten Caster with Lock (2) using Flat Washer (6), Lock Washer (5) and Nut (4). Tighten hardware securely. Repeat steps one and two to secure Swivel Caster without lock on other side. See Diagram, below.

Repeat for other Dolly.

Once Dollies are assembled, roll Dollies along surface to verify all connections are secure and Dollies roll freely.

Chock wheels (or chock dollies if another set of dollies is already in use) on opposite end of vehicle.
Use appropriate jacks to safely lift front or rear end of vehicle. Place Dollies in position under raised wheels and lower vehicle slowly onto them. -
If raising front and rear of vehicle, use jack to raise other end, remove wheel blocks, and set up four Dollies (sold in sets of two). Once vehicle is resting on all Dollies, carefully guide vehicle.
