Operating Instrucfions:
The VIKING solar charging panel is the ideal tool for charging small electronics  anywhere on the go.
The solar panel does not contain any rechargeable battery and therefore is unable to store the energy it generates in direct sunlight alone. Without direct sunlight, power generation is severely limited.

Charging procedure

Connect the device you want to charge to the control unit located on the plastic handle panel. If the solar panel is open in the sun, it will automatically start charging. The solar panel contains a control unit with an intelligent chip that detects the charging current needed and adjusts the DC output voltage and current from the power source. The solar panel can charge most small electronics.
Apple devices can also be charged using a charging cable with a lightning connector.

6. This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental disability or lack of experience or knowledge prevents them from using the device safely
7. Do not use chemical cleaners, high pressure cleaners, etc.

Ignoring the following safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock or damage to the equipment Stop using this equipment immediately if it is damaged in any way. Keep out of reach of children.

7. 2xUSB-A output and indicator LED:
   Red still lit: insufficient power – Place and tilt the panel more towards the sun.
   Green still lit: All good.
   Green and red alternately flashing: Overload or short circuit – Disconnect the charged device and check it for overload or short circuit in any part of the device.

Warning:
Do not dispose of the product or batteries at the end of their useful life as unsorted municipal waste, use sorted waste collection points. For more informat on on recycling this product, please contact your local municipality, household waste management organisation or the point of sale where you purchased the product.
The product is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of sale, including the battery.
The battery life is 6 months, when under normal and proper use, the battery’s real (rated) power will not drop below 80% of the battery’s rated power.
The lifettme of the LEDs is 6 months, when under normal and proper use of the LED lights, at least 80% of the total number of LEDs in the device are guaranteed to be lit.

Loss of warranty:

The warranty is void if the conditions listed below occur:

• Damage due to improper use, or use in unsatisfactory conditions.
• The current, voltage, or power output of the PV or DC equipment are outside the ratings of the solar panel.
• Attempted unprofessional repair or disassembly by the user.
• The solar panel or any part of it is damaged due to natural elements, e.g. lightning strike, water, mechanical damage, etc.
• The solar panel or any part of it is damaged due to unprofessional handling.
