The Fillmore Linear Chandelier is a lighting fixture designed for use in homes, specifically in dining rooms and living rooms. Product Usage Instructions

Assembly

Before installation, ensure that the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. The following steps should be followed to assemble the Fillmore Linear Chandelier:

  1. Remove all parts from the packaging and check for any damage.
  2. Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box usingthe screws provided.
  3. Attach the chandelier canopy to the mounting bracket using the screws provided.
  4. Attach the wires from the chandelier to the wires from the junction box, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Attach the chandelier arms to the chandelier body using the screws provided.
  6. Attach the clear glass shades to the chandelier arms using the screws provided.
  7. Install light bulbs into the sockets, ensuring that they are compatible with the fixture.
  8. Turn on the power at the circuit breaker and test the fixture to ensure it is working correctly.

Note: The Fillmore Linear Chandelier requires professional installation by a licensed electrician. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury or damage to the fixture.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Attach the Ground wire (green) to the ground inside the outlet box (generally green or copper wire) or the GROUND SCREW on the MOUNTING PLATE. NEVER CONNECT GROUND WIRE TO “HOT” WIRE. FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOIUS INJURY OR DEATH.
  • Connect the white fixture lead to the neutral (generally white) wire in the outlet box. Fasten the wires together with an approved fastener (wire nut). Starting 1” below the fastener, tightly wrap the electrical tape to seal the end of the fastener connection. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO EXPOSED WIRE OF STRANDS THAT COULD CAUSE A DANGEROUS SHORT CIRCUIT.
  • Connect the black fixture leads to the hot (generally black) wire in the junction box. Fasten the joined wires same as previous step. NEVER REVERSE HOT AND NEUTRAL WIRES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
  • All internal wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires, as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity until your fixture is fully assembled.
  • WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD. Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets and toddler beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Assembly Instructions

Shut off the main electrical supply from the fuse box or circuit breaker panel.

  1. Connect the canopy (E) and the fixture ring (G) using the quick link (F)

  2. Connect the lifting hook (H) with the fixture ring on the main body (I).

  3. Secure the crossbar plate (A) to the J-Box using screws (B).

  4. Attach safety wire (J) ) between canopy and ceiling

  5. Wire the cables to the proper terminals (C).

  6. Attach the ground wire (green) to the ground inside the junction box (usually green or copper wire) with plastic wire connectors (C). NEVER CONNECT GROUND WIRE TO “HOT” WIRE. (FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.)
    Connect the neutral fixture lead (usually white) to the neutral wire (generally white) in the junction box with plastic wire connectors (C). (ENSURE THERE ARE NO EXPOSED WIRES OR STRANDS AS THIS COULD CAUSE A DANGEROUS SHORT CIRCUIT.)

  7. Place the canopy (E) onto the cross bar (A), and secure with screws (D)

  8. Adjust the body of the lamp and press the switch to turn on.
