Product Usage Instructions
- Assemble Wing:
- Sand both sides of the wing.
- Stack similar fins together and sand the edges smooth.
- Round the leading edges of the wing.
- Assemble Body Tube:
- Round the edges of the body tube.
- Attach the launch lug to the body tube.
- Attach the engine mount tube, engine hook, engine block, and mylar engine hook retainer to the body tube.
- Assemble Nose Cone:
- Attach the antenna to the nose cone.
- Attach Sub Fin, Wings, and Vertical Fins:
- Attach sub fins, wings, and vertical fins to the body tube.
- Attach Door Frame:
- Remove the guide.
- Use a door frame to trace all the lines.
- Finishing:
- Add masking tape.
- Sand for fit.
- Hold until set.
- Add primer (white) to the rocket.
- Paint the rocket with desired colors (white, black, fluorescent orange).
- Apply clear coat (optional) for added protection.
Note: Make sure to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided in the user manual.
- IMPORTANT: Please record date found on decal and keep for future reference.
- Read all instructions. Make sure you have all parts and supplies. Test fit all parts before applying glue. Sand as necessary for precision assembly. Product color and shape may vary

INSTALL ENGINE MOUNT
ATTACH SUB FIN, WINGS AND VERTICAL FINS
- Position J perpendicular (90˚) to K as shown. Apply glue FIllets to both sides of all joints. Smooth with Lnger. Let dry.
ATTACH LAUNCH LUGS
ATTACH WING PODS, FIN ANTENNAS AND TAIL CONE
ROCKET FINISHING
NOTE
Please refer to packaging for suggested paint scheme and/or decal placement.
- Spray rocket with white primer, let dry, and sand. Repeat until rocket is smooth, then paint. Apply decals after paint is dry.
- Cut decals from sheet, trimming close to edge.
- One at a time, place in warm water until decal curls and begins to relax.
- Remove and position on rocket, sliding decal away from backing material.
- Blot with clean paper towel. Let set overnight.
- OPTIONAL: Apply protective clear coat.

Repair any damage before launching the rocket.

FLYING YOUR ROCKET Choose a large eld (500 ft [152 m] square) free of dry weeds and brown grass. The larger the launch area, the better your chance of recovering your rocket.
Football elds and playgrounds are great. Launch only with little or no wind and good visibility. Always follow the National Association of Rocketry (NAR) SAFETY CODE. -
MISFIRES TAKE THE KEY OUT OF THE CONTROLLER. WAIT ONE MINUTE BEFORE GOING NEAR THE ROCKET! Disconnect the starter clips and remove the engine. Take the plug and starter out of the engine. If the starter has burned, it worked but did not ignite the engine because it was not touching the propellant inside the engine. Put a new starter all the way inside the engine without bending it. Push the plug in place. Repeat the steps under Countdown and Launch.
